There were so many red flags that we should have seen and didn't because we were so desperate for a place to live. During the initial walk through he got upset with us for "taking too many pictures" of the damage the previous tenants had left. He said he was gonna come fix this damaged but after a year of waiting and leaving countless voicemails that go unanswered he has only fixed 3 items out of 50. During the winter months he has a plow come and plow the middle of the parking lot and nothing else. Our dishwasher wasn't working well in cleaning the dishes for some reason, when we finally got ahold of him to come check it out, he said he would be there next day. OK not a big deal, but he never showed and once again never answered phone calls or text messages. 3 weeks later we arrived home and found a box of dishwasher soap by our door with a note from him saying "This should clean your dishes and fix the problem" Really? Wow, we never thought to put soap in my dishwasher before. It was at that moment we realized he was not going to help us if there were ever problems and that we needed to find a new place to live asap. He is VERY scatter-brained. I don't know if its true or not but many of the current tenants have told us that he openly talks about having to take medication for his psychosis and that you can always tell when he's not on his medication because he gets EXTREMELY mean and irresponsible. Living there a year now, we have noticed these times and more often than not we wonder is he taking his medication? We've also noticed that he refuses to talk to the men in the complex and will only communicate with the women, he makes my wife feel very uncomfortable. He'll call her and say ask your husband this for me. To which she'll reply here's his phone number im at work you can go ahead and call him and he'll say no you can ask him then will you call me back...Ummmm creep much? Also we had one month where paychecks landed right after rent was due. We contacted Tony and told him this information and he said that was fine, there would be no problem. Next thing we know we have a pay or vacate notice with an additional fee costing us rent that month of over $900 when we were only paying $600 to begin with. We contacted him because we wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he just simply forget and he said nope I remembered but you still owe the fees. Which were $155 late fee, $125 lawyer fee (for the lawyer writing up the paper) btw this paper looked as if he printed it off the internet as there were typos and it was not signed or on letterhead and last a $20 fee for him to put the paper on our door. I mean seriously? I'm fairly certain that extra $300 went straight into his pocket. His excuses are that he's always busy helping his tenants but yet he's never at the complex so how is he helping them? After moving in we heard many stories from neighbors about how he tries to sue every person that leaves and never gives back deposits. You can only sign up for yearly leases, he refuses to do month to month or even a 6 month lease but he ups the rent every time you you resign. DON NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN! I repeat do not rent from this person.

Review: 1.Well when we first moved in he told us if we needed to move out early that would not be a problem to just give him a heads up so that he would find someone to replace us so when that time came he then told us no we cant we have to stay there till the end of the lease or he would charge us. 2. getting ahold of him or the onsite manager was impossible neither would anwser there phones and would not call back even when I had issues with the heater not working9in the winter) or the dishwasher(both happened to us) and when they finaly made it to the house it was the same exscues every time they were busy. 3. Another would be the snow removal I was renting there for one winter and it got plowed once and that one time the snow was probably at least a foot deep. 4, Another would be I was pay him for internet monthly when it never worked and again after calling him all the time his exscuse was I was busy sorry.and now the landlord refuses to give deposit back saying we failed to have the carpets cleaned and tacked on all these other things that are not even close to being true. I could go on and on read the reiviews on him nothing but bad.
