wharehouse was ruined by water damage with the heavy rainsWe were in contact with the homeowner and we're waiting for our insurance claim to go throughWe had several trucks break down and then a family emergency that took longer than expected out of stateThe client complained several months after the instalationWe put Rin his call spaceA lot of moisture could have damaged the insulation and the client did have a problem with moisture as there were several areas water was visible dripping down the foundationWe are willing to give him a partial credit for the insulation of $If there is inches still in, we will replace the cost of additional insulation to get it back to the correct thicknessWe did attempt to send him additional insulation but there was no one home and the driver did not have his number when we were out of townAdditionally, The client should put a barrier over the insulation to prevent mold and the insulation shrinking againWe expect money from our insurance company in the middle of November and we will send a refund check to the client on November 15th
