Review: On July 27,2014 I registered my daughter for travel soccer with Evergreen FC. When I checked out I marked the box to pay a down payment of $250 and spread the rest into monthly payments. I hit the submit button and it took the full $1800 from my checking account. I immediately contacted Mo S[redacted], the owner, of the situation, he never responded to me. My bank issued my account a temporary credit of $1550 until it was credited back to my account by Mr. S[redacted]. Because it had been 2 months and Mr. S[redacted] would not allow the charge back, my bank has taken the money out of my account. In the mean time Mr. S[redacted] has switched to a new accounting system and continued to take monthly payments from my account. Not only does he have my $1800,he has two monthly payments totaling $272.72. I have been in contact with Mr. S[redacted] for the past 5 weeks, almost every day, regarding the refund of $1550 that he said he would issue me.He has told me he issued it, and it takes 48 hours. It never happened. I had to cancel my credit card that was used to register my daughter because someone got a hold of my card number and was making unauthorized charges through [redacted], so I gave him the new credit card number, so he could issue the credit with the new card on the new accounting system like he asked me, he never did it. My bank told me to ask for a check from him for the $1550, I did, He said he couldn't do that. The last correspondence I had with him on November 4,2014 he texted me that he would issue me a check the next day, November 5,2014. I called him and texted him where and when would I be able to pick up the check and he never responded. I just want the $1550 refunded and the payments spread into monthly payments. I told him that and he just ignores me and my calls. I have everything documented that I have done and the promises he has given and the excuses he has given.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. Mo S[redacted] to refund the $1550 to me and spread the amount into monthly payments like he said he would do 5 weeks ago.
