Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response I expected from Evergreen Ford, was exactly what I just read, Evergreen did nothing wrong, and this customer doesn't know what he's talking about Unfortunately, I have a failing PTU in my Ford Edge, and because their master technician was unable to diagnose the issue correctly, my warranty is now expired, and I'll be out of pocket when it actually goes out, and leaves me on the side of the road The smell from the vent hole on the PTU was not enough for this technician, or the lack of power, or the noise coming from gears grinding, or the vibration coming from the car as it tries to shift Having missed all that, why would I ever place the safety of my family, to evergreen Ford, ever again?Sincerely, [redacted]

Evergreen Ford has only pulled your credit at your request, per your signed credit application dated 12/16/2016. We do not believe that we have harmed your credit in any way. The loan was approved and you declined the terms of the approval. The approval was for 48 months due to the age and mileage of the vehicle. If this does not satisfy your questions we believe that we will not be able to satisfy you. For that we apologize.

Response as it pertains to 2014 Ford Edge.
The vehicle was thoroughly inspected, and test driven by a Ford Senior Master technician. At that time, the technician was unable to verify any of the concerns expressed by the consumer. The...

consumers claim that their $100.00 was “not worth our time”, is irrelevant. We are paid by the manufactures to repair all identified and diagnosed failures of all covered component. We have no reason what so ever, not to repair vehicles, that is how we all get paid. We must be able to first, verify all consumers concern, to proceed with any authorized repairs. The customer also mentioned that they would be taking their vehicle for a second opinion, which is obviously their prerogative. We, at Evergreen, value all our customers, and take issues of this nature very seriously. I have reached out to the customer looking for the results of their second opinion, and have not yet heard back from them

This was not a deposit.  We agreed to terms, client signs a partial payment agreement understanding that they had bought the car.  We removed the car from over 40 websites, as well as from our  inventory.  It went into reconditioning for sold pre delivery inspection and...

we ordered a subsequent part and software update for them without any additional charge.  Their sales rep was in contact at all times We were prepared to execute delivery. We have 20 internet representatives that work in concert to assure perfect deliveries to cover time off. We have in our possession, a text trail that would refute the above statements with regards to lack of contact in an orderly time line.We execute hundreds of out of state agreements in the same fashion and have been complimented for our process.

I know for a fact that had they submitted my loan request properly it would have resulted in the terms I expected as I am now driving a new to me vehicle that I got from a different dealer with the terms I expected.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Dealership did not respond to or remedy my entire complaint. They only responded to a small part of my complaint. My main complaint is they submitted my loan request for way more than I offered to pay. I never agreed to paying over $20,000 for this vehicle. They should never had submitted any thing to the banks other than the exact amount I offered.
It is not my fault they have an issue with incorrect online pricing.
It is their fault for submitting a seriously incorrect loan amount to the banks causing damage to my credit reports.
I want all the credit pulls removed from my credit reports since the dealership severly misrepresented my loan request.Sincerely,[redacted]
