Be careful doing business with this merchant. I ordered hanging petunia baskets for a wedding based on what was on display at the store. I informed the merchant that I could not pick up the baskets until just prior to the wedding as I had no place to store them. About two weeks before the wedding he calls me to say the baskets were ready for pick up. I was away and did not respond because I had told him I couldn't pick that early. When I picked them up three days before the wedding, they had very few blooms because he stored them in the shade. He told me they would bloom up once in the sun. They didn't bloom up by wedding day. My husband took them back after the wedding but did not get refund. His response to credit card company over dispute was that he had a 30 hour return policy. I was never informed of that. Since the return, he told me the plants have bloomed up nicely. Too late for the wedding. He refuses to make any sort if refund.","neg-1
