I sent my response/request noted in my Revdex.com Report  back to [redacted]  on the same day. I received an email back from [redacted] on June 9 advising me my request for followup was passed on to the 'Service' Provider. After waiting 7 months, and paying for a second appraisal to replace the worthless report I received in the attached.If 'service' proider needs more background, he may check his own email records. He does not need to assume that I would be stupid enough to ask a DE appraiser for an appraisal of a South Carolina property.
