I couldn't be more pleased with the product and service provided by EvergreenI have many friends and acquaintances that use other services, and their lawns look nothing compared to mine I would recommend this company to anyone hands down and without reservation!

We had new sod installed and we signed up with [redacted] immediately. The first 2-3 years my lard looked excellent, but he past 3 years my yard was going down hill quick. The [redacted] service manager came out and agreed and waviered my payment until they fixed it which was great. I had to repeatedly call them to get them to try to correct the problems. Then I noticed that several neighbors were using Evergreen (by the signs in their yard) and their grass looked beautiful, even in the winter months. I called Evergreen and they came and out to evaluate my yard. So I cncelled [redacted] and agreed to go with Evergreen. Onix G [redacted] my Service Tech is very professional and has been here 3 times so far, once to just to check on the yard condition and my yard is looking 100% already. Onix is very knowledgeable and provides excellent feedback to us. Hopefully thing will continue to improve. Thank you.

I hired them in January and was informed of the issues and given steps to correct my lawn They seemed great until my lawn looks worse today
When I spoke to the manager William he informed me that I was given copies of this when I signed on and I had it in writingI contacted the office and asked where this is and they said in my paperworkI informed them I do not have a copy and they then informed me it was discussed over the phone Something stating I might need to re-sod a section of my yard should have been put in writing as they offer to send me a copy today, I never got a copy to begin with and they admitted it was verbal over the phone!!

Evergreen Lawn Apopka Office has failed to honor their warranty on paid for services
In November of last year our lawn developed numerous issues that Evergreen management is not willing to fully correct We met with management and explained, we will not pay for more services in until they correct the existing problems under the warrantyManagement balked at the condition and stated, we were looking for free services It was insulting and unethical We have paid $per service with the expectation of warranty from a so called professional lawn serviceThe lawn technicians have been willing to work on the issue and have treated some over the holiday period but more treatment is needed We value our property and have now been left holding the bag on this oneAgain unethical A side note the day we canceled the ongoing lawn services Evergreen phoned us asking to cancel our long term pest control for no reasonWe said, no your pest control office is professional and s

We have tried many of the lawn and pest control companies out there- and there are
many, these guys are the best! Our lawn has never looked better Klint is our
lawn guy , he is professional , friendly and knows his stuff We no longer mess with
our yard or shrubs and they look beautiful, healthy and a green I didn't know was
