I am being forced to deal with legal fees and having to deal with Attorneys because this company has no interest in helping property owners of the Communities they manage
I ask everyone I could find at Evergreen, for the last two years to help me resolve my problemFrom Regional managers to Corporate officers, the responses to my requests have been consistently apathetic or ignored, indifferenceAs one would expect I am beyond frustrated by a situation not of my making

I live in a community that Evergreen runs the HOAI am now considering putting my house up for sale to never deal with them againIt has been a horrible experienceHOA would approve changes then try and reverse approvalThey hired a tow truck company that tow legally parked carsNEVER MOVE INTO AN EVERGREEN RUN COMMUNITY!!!!
