Attached is the Lease and Lease Addendums that pertain to [redacted].  The clause she needs to look at is on page two (2) of the EVERGREEN MANOR APARTMENTAPARTMENT LEASE ADDENDUM, SECTION 3 NOTICE TO VACATATE which reads, " A written calendar months' notice is required if the apartment is...

vacated at the time the of the lease expiration.  We do ask that you notify us as early as possible prior to your intended move out.  A written calendar month notice is required by Missouri Stature if the apartment is vacated after your lease has expired.  All move outs are to be the last day of the month.  Full rent is due for the last month of occupancy.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Security Deposits may not be applied to last month's rent."Now there was a place for this to be initialed and it was skipped but the page was initialed so it still stands.  Also, the Security Deposit Agreement is attached that stated is proper notice is not given then the security deposit is forfeited automatically.  A copy of the signed Notice to vacate is attached...we physically can not force anyone to sign anything.  As for speaking to your mother, we only speak to people who are on the lease or their legal council.
