On January 24, 2017, [redacted] and [redacted] came into the office to apply for a space at Evergreen Mobilehome Park. [redacted], the manager, gathered their paperwork but noticed they were missing current paystubs. She instructed them to bring back the necessary documentation to run their credit....

[redacted] called a couple of days after she walked in the office telling [redacted] that her mom was ill and she couldn't bring in the paperwork. [redacted] started yelling at [redacted] that the paperwork she had given was the only items she had and she didn't understand why [redacted] wouldn't process the application. [redacted] had told her that she needed paperwork from the current month (January) in order for her to process the application. The following day the boyfriend came into the office to apologize for [redacted]'s behavior and brought the same older paperwork. One of the last visits that [redacted] came into the office, he didn't understand why we haven't given him an answer and [redacted] had felt a little uncomfortable with his demeanor and called the office to speak to [redacted] (me).[redacted] called [redacted]. to complain about management. I, [redacted], spoke to her and told her that we were holding up the process because we were waiting on current pay stubs/bank statements to verify their income. She started yelling at me telling me that we weren't doing our job and how she doesn't even want to live there. I told her that she needed to speak to me at a reasonable tone so we can come up with a conclusion. She asked her for $50 money order that was used to run her credit. After I got off the phone with her, I spoke to a property manager for an approval on the return of the money order.Once it was approved, I spoke to [redacted] and instructed her to call [redacted] to pick up her money. On February 13, 2017 [redacted] signed a paper stating she received her money order from the office.
