Review: I requested a room for a month.I spoke to a woman [redacted] and I was told the price was $550 a month. When I came in to pay on the 19th of September, I dealt with a young man with very dark hair. at this point there is no problem. October 3rd an emergency came up and I had to leave and return home on October 3rd. I did not know this until the night before. when I went to check out the same young man came to the desk. I told him that something came up and I had to leave early because of it. I asked him about a refund and he told me he couldn't do it he wasn't authorized. He told me to call the next day to talk to the owner. I called the next day and did not get a single person. I left a message. Since then I have called at least 15 times trying to get a hold of the owner but have been unable to.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for the 16 days I did not stay there. I figured $293.28. That's $18.33 a day retroactive.
