Evergreen Payee Service

The consumer lives on [redacted] and is [redacted].  I am her representative payee.  The benefits come on the 3rd of the month.  At the start of the month I send $[redacted].  Then on the 3rd the benefits arrive.  I then pay the combined rent and water typically @ $[redacted]....

 The I pay the [redacted] bill @ the 7th of the month.  The left over goes out to the consumer @ the 9th or 10th of the month.  Last month it did not go out until the 14th as this was an oversight on my part.  This month the left over benefits went out yesterday, the 9th.

I am rejecting this response because:  Mike at Evergreen Payee Services does NOT have any release of confidentiality agreement with me to share ANY of my private financial or [redacted] information.  His comments are to be restricted to HIS behavior ONLY.  To repeat, Mike at Evergreen Payee has an established pattern (review my past complaints about this pattern to your Revdex.com office) of NOT paying out the checks to me, to the landlord, to the [redacted] on time.  He requires my constant supervision and phone calls to remind him and motivate him to do these basic tasks which he contracted to do, and which he pays himself first to do.  He DOES NOT do what he is contracted to do.  He does NOT do the job he pays himself to do.  THis is NOT an "oversight."  Be very clear on this point:  If you allow him to get away with this again, he will continue to act in this irresponsible, reckless, unprofessional and perhaps illegal behavior that causes me much finaincial and personal stress.  I pay for that stress?  I pay for him to screw up my monthly finaincial security?  DO NOT ALLOW him to get away with a shrug - off.  He will do it again to me and others if you do not hold him accountable.  I have no direct power to hold him accountable. You do.  The [redacted] office and AG's office does, and my complaints are still active with their offices as it is with yours.  This is so grotesque in its irrationality, this pattern of him getting away with a shrug-off, it is bordering on the psychotic and bizarre. How the government can allow this to go on without sanction is immoral.  Sanction Mike for his behaviors, I am writing to the Ag office and SS office to let them know Mike is violating confidentiality.
