I am very frustrated with this companyI have emailed and calledThey called me back once and I missed the call when I left a message about not wanting their services because they have locked me into one electric company since I started with themI never received a call backI don't want to pay the $per month if they are not looking for a cheaper supplier I think they don't do what they promise

This company is AWFUL I wouldn't give them even one star I have asked for their help and they have refused and still they keep taking money out of my account This is NOT good I have tried and tried talking to a couple of ladies, and they keep saying they don't understand what I am saying It was never fully explained to me what was going on - except rates are going up And I emailed them both and never heard back from either one of them this last timeI would not recommend ANYONE to this company for help with your electric bills and finding the lowest rate around

While I've only been using Evergreens services for a month, I am stoked about my first electric bill! We had TXU for our sq fooot aptWe moved into a new sq foot homeI was contacted by a Evergreen repHe was very friendly and informative , but I was skeptical of the $monthly chargeThe company pretty much researchs and monitors the best electricity rates companies on your behalf and signs you upWith TXU my electricity was easily $last winter, my first bill at my new home is $plus the $monthly charge which equals $49.56! Hopefully they'll keep my bills low, plus they have a loyalty programNothing but positive experience so far
