Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This is the last time I will comment on this.In regards to the fence, no professional has come to our knowledgeIf they did show up, we were not notified of thisI doubt they would have been able to access the backyard due to us padlocking the gates, therefore no professional showed up to our knowledgeThe owners Aunt did come out to see the fence was damaged, she was kind and just as concerned for the fence and our families safety as we wereShe was identified by the company as the aunt and not a professionalAs stated before we had one phone call from a professional regarding the fence, thats itBottom line unless someone climbed into our backyard or flew a drone into the yard to see the fence, then it didn't happen while we have lived hereWe have a right to be notified of things like thisWe are tenants and our schedule is to be worked with not the other way aroundWe do not work for you.As far as *** blinds is concerned, they told my wife they had been calling the wrong number this whole timeIt's funny that the call came through the very next day after we had stated no calls had come inI am hardly unreachable, I return both emails and calls in a timely mannerAlso often contractors or repairman show up with no prior knowledge provided to us, not always but about half the timeSo if *** had called, for one why wouldn't we both have voicemails on our phones*** told my wife they had been by the house, yet we had no knowledge they would be stopping by that dayWe will not be portrayed as liars or irresponsible people by a company that stays in business due to its tenantsI'm not sure what facts are being avoided, we have no reason at all what so ever to not provide the truth, we don't gain anything by lying. I suspect what is happening is that our notification of these type of things is being accidentally overlookedHence somw of the miscommunication and lack of prior knowledge of any type of services coming to our houseLike stated before all we want is things to be fixed in a timely manner, the miscommunication to be fixed and not to be treated rudely. Again the Revdex.com is too lazy to look at an address correctly and has given me a bad rating because they have mailed a complaint to the wrong address???????????????????????????????The Revdex.com is nothing but blackmailers!Mr*** has been informed that the owner can not afford the $to replace the
fence. All other repairs have been done in a timely manner except for his last complaint about a window blind. I did question him just that one time about someone pulling on it too hard as the blinds have been in the house since the home was built. He had claimed it was a cheap blind and a cheap installation. My vendor for blinds, *** *** informed me last week that he had left a message with the *** and they had not called him back. I asked that he just keep trying them.Mr *** can try to get Evergreen Residential Management blacklisted from the military if he desires. I'm sure the owner of the property would not be too happy to hear that as he is a medically retired military person himself trying to get back on his feet from his war time injuries. Never ever make claims against someone unless you know the whole story sir!!

As usual, we never received any written copy of your complaint, only ONE email. I have discussed the matter with the owner of the unit occupied by the complainant. Since she has a habit of not checking messages or responding to calls that would pertain to maintaining the unit and it was
just a telephone call to her, not written notice that they would contact her to install a new window which at that time would have been paid for by the association. That period of time is over. However, since there was not written notice we will refund the amount that was deducted from her security deposit back to her

I do not like being called a liar by a tenant that can not seem to get good phone service.? I had another e mail from *** *** asking if they should keep trying to call this tenant regarding the blindsHe has confirmed the phone number he is calling to try to reach Mr *** and it matches our records.? So I do know what to tell you.? Perhaps other vendors have had the same problem.** ** *** being out to look at the fence is flat out wrong.? Where did I get the figure of $6000?? Pulled it out of the air I assume.I'm not going back and forth with this as facts don't seem to have anything to do with this at all.? I will email Mr *** the phone number for *** *** and he can call them to schedule a time for them to come outAnd by the way, I never ever accused his kids of anything.? It was just a question "Did one of your children pull on the blinds"? as if something like that never happens?

No professional has been out to the property to assess the fence, but yet it is known that it will cost $6,to replace“*** ***” has not made one phone call to either me or my wife and I will get the phone records to prove that if need be, so either the wrong phone number was provided to them or another lie or assumptionI have also attached pictures in reference to a few of the complaints I made to the company about our property and will be attaching more in a follow on messageI have saved all our complaints and emails or lack of and can provide copies as those as wellI did question the blind work as that was obviously the case and to accuse myself and my wife of allowing our kids to pull on the blinds like they are some undisciplined kids is disrespectful and rude especially when one of our children is disabled special needs and the other can’t even walk yet much less get to blinds that are behind a couch, never ever make claims against someone unless you know their full story.? Also to assume I would discredit a person’s combat injuries as I am a three time combat veteran of the Iraq war with war injuries as well as PTSD is outrageousI don’t know the owner, nor was I aware he was prior serviceYet again rude, discourteous and disrespectfulAlso you said “the owner would not be happy to hear that.” I take that as a threat toward myself and my familyWe have nothing against the owners of the property, we do have a problem with the Evergreen has been treating us, I’m sure the owner would be upset on their miscommunication as wellIf they cannot improve on their communication then other military members should not be treated the same hence the company blacklistedNot once has a professional come out to quote the fence or to make at least temporary repairsSo that is a lieWe have never out right been told “they cannot afford $to fix the fence”, how would they know its $to fix the fence if no professional has come out to inspect it? We had one professional call, he said he’d get back to us and didn’tWe were told they would contact the other neighbors to split the cost but obviously that either didn’t workBefore we moved in, we were told the fence would be fixed, they fixed a small portion and that was itSo far we have been threaten and harassed by the neighbors on either side of us on a constant basis to get it fixed (though it looks like the neighbor when facing the house on the right house dogs are the ones who damaged the fence)We have repeatedly used our own money to fix this fence and other things around the propertyThe gate fell off the fence completely last weekend and we used our own money and time to fix it because we doubted anything would have been done otherwise, again we have pictures to prove thisWe had a repairman come out to fix a part on the sink part during the visit I showed him a bunch of things that have needed repairHe wrote a list and we never heard anything of itWe have reported things and many many times no one has respondedAll we are asking is better communication, not to be rude to us if we have a problem, especially one such as a blind falling that could have injured one of us or our children and to get things fixed in a timely manner.Sincerely,*** ***
