*** *** *** I have been running the restaurant for over years in the area,and I'm still hereAssuming that my business has won its reputation and trustI would like to clarify some points here, first of all,
there is no staple used in the kitchen, either when the chefs prepared the food, besides the front deskI don't think the staple in the front desk got anything to do with the food from the kitchenSecond, my cashier remembered quite clearly that the dumplings and General Tsos Chicken were in two separated aluminum foil containers, and there was no used of any staples on itShe had double checked the food before packing and handed it to the customer to bring the food back in a polite mannerWe told this customer to either refund or make her a new order without any further explanation about her complain is either true or dishonest, all in a sudden, we don't know if it's either she hung up, or the phone call got disconnected, and we had not receive any call back afterwardAs a business man, I persist in the business policy "quality first,customer for most", you don' like the food, no problem, we remake/refund it, because I expect the long-term business realtionship with all of the customersThis is a purely hypothetical situation that the customers had found some staples in the food with her related family members as withnesses in this caseMy employees have been working with me for years, I believe that one of the factor that my business stays still is my employees are disciplined and responsible in the past year operations

Review: I ordered General Tsos Chicken from this restaurant, when I got home and started eating I noticed that I was biting hard things, my children and boyfriend all saw me cough and spit it out, and what it revealed was a staple. I immediately kept coughing, and ran to the bathroom and started to throw up, my children both 7 and 3 are frantically asking me am I ok, over and over again. My boyfriend also inspected the food which resulted in more found staples. I called the place and told them the issue, and the woman had spoken in Chinese to her co worker, and then started to get in an argument and have an attitude with me. I am explaining to her what was found and witnessed and she basically called me a liar, and started saying they was pre made and all they did was warm them up. I am telling her then how did staples get into my food. I even offered to bring the food back to show her, and she declined and hung up on me. My children should have not saw that, nor been frantic to think something bad has happened to their mother due to the food that she has ate. Now my kids will and I will live our lives in fear thinking that there will always be something in our food. We should not have to deal with that, nor endure that.Desired Settlement: I not only want my money back, the total was like $13, but also want my pain and suffering to be acknowledged and taken care with a reasonable amount of at least $1200 that is not mocked nor met with insult. I also will be having a Dr appt scheduled for Monday morning, and a dentist appointment as well. I will also be calling the Dept. of Health and Mondya morning to let them know the situation and issue that has occurred.
