I am rejecting this response because:It is falseI complained numerous times about the transmission transientsI'm not sure why were discussing the payment issue, but since we are, this happened because they #lied to me during the negotiation about the financing, #could not give me accurate direction with the paperwork I needed, always needing more

Mr*** purchased the Infiniti. His licensing was not being held. He was misinformed. There was an issue with a signature from the previous owner. The issue has been corrected and the vehicle title has been transferred. The plates to the vehicle and
a refund for over-payment on the transfer of the licensing are being sent FEDEX today to the address we have on file. My apologies for the misinformation and lack of communication regarding the transfer of title. As to the bill for the clutch, I spoke with the manager and was informed Mr*** said he would pay for the repairs prior to the vehicle being sent to the shop. When he came to pick the vehicle up, he said he was going to the bank to get the money. He did not come back. You can call and speak to the repair shop, *** *** in Federal Way concerning the issue with the clutch

The customer came back several days later and said he wanted his money back.  The balance of his contract had already been funded by the finance company.He is welcome to come and get his vehicle.  Whether he is willing to get insurance or not at this point is between him and the finance companyIf the customer is not interested in the vehicle, we can arrange to consign the vehicle, purchase it from him, or he can trade the vehicle in on another.

Our office manager has contacted the consumer by email and will repay the consumer for the ticket and any other tickets she may have received due to this error.

The customer did purchase a 2005 Acura MDX on June 21, 2015 for a reduced price.  The paperwork was sent UPS for the customer to sign.  The customer signed a Vehicle due bill that stated that no work was due or promised.  The customer states there was...

damage to the interior when she received the vehicle.  There was no damage when it left the lot.  If there was damage, it was caused in transit.  The shipper requires that the gas tank be close to empty.
 
The customer was reimbursed for the UPS charges in the amount of $60.00.

I am rejecting this response because:agreement to furnish insurance policy: states that insurance policy must be delivered to the sell within 30 days from the date of this agreement. With $500 deductible comprehensive- $500 deductible collision. In the event buyers fails to furnish the valid insurance policy, or written evidence of insurance, the type required under the Security Agreement, Buyers hereby agrees to pay the seller or its assignees any earned premium for any policy they may have to place for the above describe vehicle in accordance with repayment procedures set forth in the Security Agreement. This agreement does not authorize the order of Public Liability or Property Damage Insurance. Any insurance ordered by the Seller or Seller's Assignee will cover loss or damage to the vehicle only and will not include Public Liability or Property Damage Insurance.
