This are horrinle
I got a $300 loan.. I asked the agent is the pay back extreme like 1,000's of dollars because I refuse to pay that much back for a $300 loan.. She assured me that I would make only.a couple of payments of $90 until the loan was paid in full.. I basically would only be payimg $200 over the $300 back... I thought that sounded reasonable so I agreed because I needed the loan.. I paid $90 then $90 again two weeks apart.. 3rd payment it went up to $105... I thought it wasn't supposed to change... So I'm paying off the loan.. And instead of the $300 I borrowed, I have to pay $390 to be finished.. I'm sorry but if a person borrows money.. What makes them think they are able to pay back over 1,4500? Because I found out that wouldve been.what they actually.planned to take from me... Off a $300 loan! That's unethical and pure evil to do to someone who didn't have the mere $300 hence the reason I took the loan... So how and in what mind set do you believe I'm going to be able to pay back 1,4500? Make it make since! They shouldn't be in business doing this to people.. I also found out they are a Tribal loan company.. I'm not in affiliation of that at all... I had no idea!

I did not sign this contract. I never wanted the services or loan agreement. They did wrong and they need to fix this now. This is not what I need right now. They are stealing my money.

I was let go from my job due to covid-19 and my wife Has been off work due to covid complications as well. I have been a loyal customer to evergreen now for over 4 years never missed a payment and always paid my loans. I reached out to customer service provided a letter from my employer stating that I was let go due to covid and the agent responded saying there is nothing we can do. How is this fair to someone who has no income with a family of 6 and has been a loyal customer never missing a payment EVER. I am in a very tough financial situation and this company could care less. I will be no longer doing business with this company as I have spent more than $8000 with them since I started using them. I am stating that the payment that is due will not clear therefore causing more issues

I am trying to make arrangements to pay on my account. I am currently on track with my payments and not behind. I have been offered extensions and paid on those dates. I have emails confirming I have excellent payment history and that is why I have been able to have extensions. My work hours are decreasing week after week due to COVID. I reached out today to asked for a payment date move from 8/15 to 8/19, only 4 days! I am working odd jobs to try and make up for lost time/funds to due lack of work. I do not have proof of income I can send them but I did advise I would have funds available. After emailing, showing my bank account, and speaking to reps I am being denied a extension which is going to cause overdraft fees for myself which I am trying to avoid so I dont get deeper into debt at this point. I took out a 1,200.00 loan which at this point I have paid back 1,344.00 and still have 15 additional payments totaling 4,200.00 by the time I am paid off. All I am asking for is extensions to get me by, and a few days at that and this company is NOT willing to help out AT ALL. Poor poor customer service. I have already paid back more than I borrowed and they have no compassion.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[I appreciate the offer to move my next payment to 8/19/20. This does not resolve my issue completely as I already informed reps by email and phone that my hours are being drastically cut and I will be struggling to make future payments as well. I do not want to have to contact the Revdex.com each time I need to change a payment date out after wasting 2 days every two weeks going back and forth with reps that "per policy" they have done everything they can for me and until they receive a complaint are willing to help. I would like to come up with some sort of reduced pay off offer.

I am a repeat customer. I paid my first one early which was still way more then borrowed, then needed another due to job issues. Working from home has been difficult since internet has been strained due to covid 19. I've lost hours and having trouble paying this loan. They payments are quite high and dont go towards the actual loan so I cant get ahead. Prices on everything in life are high because of covid and I'm drowning. Since I deferred one payment I'm unable to do so again. This is a loan I wish I would have never went with. I'm loyal customer they say, but no help. I wouldnt wish this on anyone!

Took out this loan is good faith and made my bi-weekly payment as agreed up until COVID-19.
I reached out to the customer and informed them that I was furloughed accordingly, provided proper documentation of the furlough etc. Unfortunately due to no fault of my own during my furlough - I tested Positive for COVID-19 - which made my current situation even worse....informed the customer of my recent diagnosis and thus I'm currently being quarantined away from family/friends.
Spoke with an *** which informed that there is nothing else that can/could be done and I'm expected to make the upcoming payment due on 05/15 - as I need to reach out to HR department and obtain proper assistance via the Care Act. Which I informed my HR department and since I'm currently furloughed - they are unable to advise me on upcoming assistance - additional research on my end for the Care act that is available to provide necessary assistance during this current Pandemic but I'm among millions of other individuals looking for assistance and no end in sight. I can not get through, when I do get through I leave my contact information for an follow call to no avail.
I'm at a total lost and thus unsure of my next steps as this upcoming balance on 05/15 - will definite come back as unsuccessful thus creating additional issues

I believe that this company is being deceitful and unfair in their business practices. The finance fee they are charging is unfair. When the contract was read to me, I was told about a one time finance charge of $150, with a payoff of $500. Since I haven't been able to payoff the $500 completely they are charging me $150 every two weeks and none of that is being applied to the principal. Now this week they are charging me $175 for the finance charge and the payoff is $650. This is absolutely ridiculous and not ethical. I tried to call and they wouldn't reason with me at all. This will never be paid off with an interest charge like that with nothing being applied to the principal balance.

Yes I was in a bind when I go the loan but I never thought it would cause me to go in debt trying to keep it up and pay on time so the 400 dollars don’t turn in 2000 which is sad. I’m basically paying double for the loan. Which is crazy to me and they know it if you need help go to another company, read the guidelines plus makes sure the company is listening to you the customer because I called evergreen twice to come up with a solution or to even change stuff and it wasn’t done and I know calls are being recorded doesn’t make sense. But they aren’t for ppl in need or with bad credit!!

I did borrow 300 last year and I am trying to make payments of 100 each month to pay off the loan but they refuse to take my settlement offer and expect me to pay back 1662.50 back that is highway robbery I have also asked them to stop calling my place of business and my contacts and in writing and they are not complying and I will make complaints about that as well to the proper authorities.

I want a fair settlement not to be raped. I can make my first payment on the 5th of march, then 5th of April, 5th of May, 5th of June - 100 each take it or leave it.

They are rude and condescending. I have been trying for weeks now and they refuse to take what I can offer.

My husband lost his finger in an accident and we are just now getting back on track. as he was out of work for almost 6 months.

I’m very appreciative of the loan that was given to me at my request. I have been a repeat customer of the business but unfortunately I’m not able to keep up with the payments any longer due to the decreased work hours at my job. I have tried to resolve this matter with the company but with no such luck. The loan amt was of $500 was taken out in Nov of 2017. I have paid on time biweekly and never been late but by the time I’m done with the interest rates I’ll have paid $2,000 on a $500 loan. I’m not able to do it any longer

I took out this loan due to my mom being out of work and needing to help pay her bills for the amount of $500. I have repaid over the amount to this loan company already and they are still claiming I owe way more then I borrowed!!! I can not believe how terrible of a service this company offers! I can't believe how they take people that are in need of some quick help. I can't continue to pay them every two weeks I can't even afford to pay my rent if I to continue to pay this every two week I will never get on track.

the representative was unprofessional and did not hear me out. I have fallen behind of my Bill's and this is the first time that I am late on my payment. Before my payoff balance was $890 as of 01-01-20. She told me that my total pay off palace that day was $1000,00. I then asked her how much would my balance be if I made the payment. She said dont you have the contract very rude and not very friend. I explained that I wanted lower payments so that way more money for food and to purchase my medication. She made an arrangement without my concent and send an email that I made arrangements with her in which I did,nt.All I am asking for Evergeeen to bring my balance back to $890 and to please work with me. I am beginning to think this is a shady company Evergreen Services.

Evergreen Services Response • Jan 22, 2020

The agent explained the Company policy on when the principal is starting to be paid. The call continues with the customerasking how many payments she’s made so far and the amount of interests she’s paid as well.We answered her question about the number of payments that she’s made and referred the customer to thepayment chart in which she requested that we send her a copy. The call continues with the customer asking hypotheticalquestions of what her balance would have been if she had made her payments on time and we gave her the amounts butstill reminder her that the balance is different now that she’s past due.At the end of the call, the agent lets the customer know that she is scheduled for the minimum payment and thatsomeone from our collections team will reach out if that payment comes back as well.Overall, the agent was professional but very transactional with just answering her questions but not reallyproviding her with any kind of guidance to deal with the situation. The customer did not express any real frustration abouther service during the call or any of the options that were presented to her. The agent could have improved the call bybuilding rapport with the customer.

On about September 24th, 2019 I applied for and received a loan from this company for $400. At the time that I spoke with the female representative on the phone I was told that the amount that the amount that I would have to pay back would be $550. I made sure that I asked several times how much I would have to pay back, because I wanted to know exactly and each time I was told $550. I was told that the first payment taken out of my account would be $120, (that was the only truthful thing that the representative said), that seemed reasonable to me, so I decided to take the loan. I thought with them taking out $120 each time that I got paid that I would be done paying it off within less than 2 months. Boy was I wrong. When I first tried to see my account I could not get into it, because it was not accepting my email address, the same email address that I gave them and that I used online. After doing some research I discovered that I am not the only customer of theirs that has had this problem. After finally figuring out how to get into my account I was able to see that the APR was 864.08% and that I am being charged $1500 for a $400 loan. Clearly, the representative that I spoke with lied to me on the phone about how much the loan was going to cost me. I also was not told that this company was run by an Indian tribe that does not have to abide by the same laws as other loan companies. My great-grandmother was half Cherokee, so I have no problem that they are run by an Indian tribe, what I do have a problem with is being blatantly lied to and mislead and then having almost no legal recourse because they do not have to abide by the state laws of Wisconsin regarding issues such as this. Had I been told that the APR was going to be so high and that I was going to be charged $1500 for the loan, I would not have accepted the loan. I have tried calling them on several occasions only to be either put on hold and then no one ever coming back on the line or just plain being hung up on. So far I have paid $240 on this loan and have no problem with paying back what I was told that I would have to pay which is $550. This company is predatory and uses subterfuge and the fact that they are an Indian tribe and do not have to abide by regular state lending laws to get over on people.
I only applied for this loan because my eldest daughter was shot and almost died by the hands of her abusive boyfriend. She was in a coma for two weeks and because I did not know whether she was going to live or die I took a leave of absence from my job to be at the hospital everyday with her. That caused me to get behind on bills so I needed a loan. Since I have a lot of student loan debt and also from medical bills because of my own health issues, I was not able to get a regular loan, so I unfortunately went this route.
When I saw what the loan is actually costing me I nearly had a heart attack. This is wrong on so many levels.

I took out this loan due to my mom being out of work and needing to help pay her bills for the amount of $500. I have repaid over $1100 to this loan company already and they are still claiming I owe them over $300!!! I can not believe how terrible of a service this company offers! They remove over $100 out of my account biweekly and are claiming that there is a $100 and something dollar fee tack on every two weeks if I don’t pay more than the minimum payment!!!! Which by the way is all I can afford. I have never hear of a loan collecting this drastic of an amount of interest. This company is complete Robert. They never even informed me when I signed up that the loan had such a drastic charge biweekly. I am horrified that this type of thing still happens in America!

In an act of desperation I took a loan out with Evergreen. I was initially pleased with the customer service. At one point in the loan I begged for a payment extension as my check hadn’t gone through and there was no leinancy. I have more than paid the principal of the loan off and can not afford this anymore as I am about to lose my job. I feel like this company just preys on the desperate and once you are in a loan the friendly service is gone.

I was approved for a 500.00 loan on August 23rd. Upon speaking with a representative via telephone call, it was disclosed that my total loan repayment would be 650.00 including 150.00 service charge; not a payoff rate. So, my understanding—three months and done—WRONG. I have so far paid 300.00 to this loan company (475.00 come my next payment), and out of curiosity, attempted to log into my account to check my loan balance. According to their site, no account exists under my email; yet, I have been receiving notifications when each loan is due—as well as acknowledgement each time a loan has been repaid (hm... almost as if they don’t want me to check my balance). I called the company (from the site), only to have a representative explain to me that a minimum payment of 150.00 only puts 25.00 towards the initial balance each month. This was never disclosed to me upon signing up for the loan, otherwise I wouldn’t have opted for the default minimum monthly payment—OR THIS LOAN, period. I am beyond frustrated to be charged 600% interest for a 500.00 loan I could have paid off shortly after the initial agreement and that I will have to pay over 2000 dollars on this current plan. I have been paying 250.00 in service for 50.00 toward my balance. The representative clearly failed to inform me that I would be charged multiple service fees. Not only this, but the representative I spoke with earlier didn’t even know how to respond to my questioning. “Um, no that’s not it,” is a pretty insufficient answer rather than clarifying what the terms were, do not even get me started on other dodgy and cryptic responses I received. I question the legality of this company. Upon inquiry on what I needed to pay in order to end the terms, I was told I had to pay 650.00 for the next billing cycle; more than 50% of the loan. I haven‘t even had this account open for two months! Avoid this loan company like the plague, they’re sharks. They disclose misleading and as little information as possible.

I have received several calls from several different companies regarding a supposed “debt” that’s under my name with this company. I have asked for any time of verification of this and none has been furnished. I reviewed all of my credit files and nothing is there. My problem with this company is that whoever the sold my information to is a scam company that does not exist. I have been receiving threatening phone calls from all sorts of different company’s claiming to either be debt collectors, attorneys’ offices and process servers. I have contacted all the states where these numbers come from to verify business entity names and none are valid (otherwise I would be disputing through Revdex.com on those companies as well). The calls have ranged from threating to come to my home to “take care” of things, to “lawsuits” to being arrested. They are also calling family, friends, and my work. I have contacted the FTC regarding this company and will be filing a complaint with AG’s office. This company should have never sold my information to another company that does not follow the law and that is not even valid debt collections agency. I have been the victim of identity theft, and I am wondering if its from this company selling my information, or “debt” to an unscrupulous company.
