Review: My daughter's car was towed from the Subway on Hamilton by Evergreen without the request or consent of the property owner. Further, it charged $342.00 for the 4 mile tow of a Honda Accord during regular business hours, That is excessive.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund due to the nature of the tow and the excessive fee charged.

Evergreen State Towing was called on February 18, 2015 by the property manager to remove Ms [redacted]'s Honda Accord, as her vehicle was not authorized to be there. Ms [redacted] was charged our posted rates for the impound. Since she did not redeem the vehicle right away, she was also charged for storage on the vehicle.

Review: Evergreen st towing towed my truck from a privately owned lot, the business closed at 5pm, we were told that no one would be there and that it would cost an additional $95 dollars to have someone come down and retrieve our vehicle, upon arrival at 5:10pm we noticed a private vehicle already parked in the parking lot as well as several employees working in the back, we were charged an additional $95 dollars under the guise that someone would have to come down and meet us while they were already there working in the back prior to our arrival and were still working when we left, this constitutes consumer fraud under fraudulent circumstances that someone would have to drive down there just to meet us which is the justification of the additional $95 dollar charge. The total bill was $375.00Desired Settlement: I would like this company investigated for their fraudulent business practices and would like a refund of the $95 dollars I was charged to have someone come down there to meet us when they were already in the building working.

Review: Two issues: 1. I called to find out what it was going to cost to get my car. The person on the phone looked up my vehicle information and informed me if I was there prior to 5 pm that day, the total cost would be $277.19. I was told it would be $60 per day after that for storage fees. I arrived PRIOR to 5 pm and paid $309.80. When I inquired about the difference, I was told there are many different people who take customer calls and the person I spoke to made an error and must have quoted me for 1/2 day instead of full day sotage. (My car was impounded at 1 am that same day).

2. When I walked around back to get my car, I told "[redacted]" I was there to retrieve my car. He was NOT friendly. I jokingly remarked that with what I just paid to get my car back, I was in the wrong business! He responded in an angry, rude manner with , "look [redacted] just get your [redacted] car and get off my [redacted] property!". I was dumbfounded. I asked him his name and he said "[redacted]" and told me he was the owner. Again he called me " [redacted] and told me to get the "f" off his property. He was standing next to another male employee, both standing around and smoking. Unbelievable that any company would contract with this towing company and do business with an owner who is so incredibly rude and unprofessional (if he even is the owner). Also to note is that I was NOT parked in a parking spot with a "no parking" sign. I will be taking this matter to court.Desired Settlement: I think the towing company should honor the amount I was quoted on the phone. Luckily I had enough left on my credit card to pay the higher amount. What if I had gone to the bank first and had a cashier's check made out in the amount I was quoted?
