When this customer placed their order on December 17th, the vendor responsible for the product listed it as in stockRegrettably, they reported on the 19th that one item had been discontinued and they could no longer fulfill that piece of the order, and so they cancelled itThe vendor then notified both us and the customer on the 27th that the product was on backorder until early 2017, at which time the customer reached out to us stating that they wished to cancelWe obliged this request and sincerely apologized The customer was never charged for this order because no valid tracking numbers were uploadedAny pending authorizations on funds wil be removed within business daysWe regret the inconvenience this customer experienced and sincerely apologize againWe appreciate this customer's business and hope that they will place orders with us in the futureWe can be reached by phone for questions at [redacted]

This customer initiated a return with us on June 15th via e-mailWe contacted the vendor on the same day and responded to the customer on the 17th, by which time they stated that they had already shipped the package to us of their own accordWe have issued a full refund to the customer in two
parts: one part for the rice of the item, $101.99, and one part for $The latter refund request is still being processed through the payment method nd should arrive on the customer's account within the next business days. Because the customer shipped the product back to us without any return information and to the incorrect address, we will not be issuing a refund for the shipping costs thus incurred.Because the customer claimed that the product was damaged, we would have issued a return authorization and labelA full refund has been issued for this order and we consider this matter closed

This customer contacted us in January regarding returning their Glacier Heat steering wheel, which was defective. We attempted to communicate with the vendor (i.e. the manufacturer  of this product) in order to receive return instructions and resources that we could relay to the customer for...

their convenience. The vendor remained unresponsive for quite some time. We issued a refund to the customer on March 2nd, 2016 and they were not required to return the item.   We appreciate this customer’s business and regret the inconvenience they experienced with the product. Because funds have been restored and the item does not have to be returned, we now consider this matter closed.”   Thank you!
