Evergreen Tree & Landscaping Cohad been providing this customer, landscaping services for two years at the time of the complaintThe customer was part of maintenance program, that provided a variety landscape service, throughout the growing seasonThe customer had made a call to the office,
and a conversation followedThe conversation was in reference to changing the maintenance schedule from the standard every tow weeks, to every three weeks in the seasonFrom that conversation forward, the landscape schedule was changed to accommodate the every three week service as per the customers requestAfter receiving the last correspondence from the customer, indeed a clerical error had been found on 9/11/At this time, it had been rectified with the customerThe other dates in question, Evergreen Tree & landscaping Cois still requesting payment for services renderedThe dispute dates are all within the perimeters of our verbal agreement to change the maintenance schedule to every three weeksAs to the customers claim that his/her correspondence to the company was not addressed, is falseall of his/her written, or verbal communications were addressed in a professional, courteous, and timely manner

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] On 3/27/16, Mr Patrick *** and I had a telephone conversation discussing my concerns and dispute over billings for services I do not believe I received ( 7/31/15; 8/27/15; 9/11/15; 9/18/). He agreed to remove the charge for the services on 9/18/15. That left a balance of $that he felt I still owed. I reject that I owe that much. Contrary to his claim that he responded promptly and every time I contacted him, I left messages several times on both his telephone numbers each time on these dates disputing their services with only one response for all the times - that being a voice message he left me to let him know which dates I was concerned about and he would look into it. I did call him back with the dates andnever got a response. . never heard from Evergreen Tree and Landscaping again until Marchwhen I received another bill that I owed $200.00. He never contacted me as he claims.During our telephone conversation on 3/27/16, we continued to disagree on the amount due. I offered as a compromise to pay half of the supposed balance of $160.00, me paying $and Evergreen absorbing the rest since we could not come to terms on our disagreement of service dates. I thought that was a fair compromise. Mr*** than started to get upset stating that I was "trying to stiff him out of paying my bill". He continued to say that he has had problems with his help ( "Do you know how hard it is to get good help?" and that "I had to fire my secretary" ). He asked me if I knew how much it costs for him to run his business with his paying workman's comp insurance and that he looses money cutting lawns. I told him I always paid my bills in the two years I had Evergreen Tree and Landscaping as my lawn service company and it is ridiculous that he say I am trying to "stiff him" and not pay my bills. I contacted him immediately after each and every day I was questioning their service and did not get any response. He also stated that my contacting the Revdex.com was another way for me to try to get out of paying my bill, equally ridiculous. I also again questioned why my invoice dates were different than the spread sheet bill he sent me. He said that the spread sheet was the actual dates they serviced my lawn, which I dispute since I know when they are there due to my gate locks and I called the same day they were there to question their services ( which is the dates on the invoice ). I should not be billed for services not needed. They have a serious problem with their billing services, as proof my problem in and again in 2015, both times where Mr*** ackowledged their errors. He asked my to pay $which he contends is half of my bill ( assuming the bill was $which is incorrect since he removed $from this bill as it was an incorrect billed day ). The bill at time of our conversation was now $160, not $as he contends. I think splitting the bill in half where we each compromise equally 50% is fair.

Evergreen Tree & Landscape Co. is responding to the customer rebuttal on complaint [redacted]. The customer received all the services billed, except 9/11/2015. The landscaping services the customer is disputing are three mows, and the pruning of a Yew. Evergreen Tree and Landscape Co. provided these services on 7/31/2015, 8/27/2015 and 9/18/2015, following the three week schedule requested by the customer. The customer acknowledges in his/her own rebuttal that, Evergreen Tree & Landscaping Co. was at the property on the dates in question, due to his/her gate locks, and the calls place on the same day on the invoiced dates. Evergreen Tree & Landscape Co. provides similar lawn services to approximately two hundred customers in surrounding area. None of these customers had a change, or stop their lawn services due to dry weather conditions in 2015 season. The customers claim that his/her lawn didn't need attention for over 70 days during the growing season is absurd. As to the phone conversation on 3/27/2016, much of the customers recall of what was said was taken out of context. since the conversation, the customer has sent a check for 100.00, half the original bill. The adjusted bill was 160.00, so Evergreen Tree & Landscape Co will reimburse 20.00 back to the customer. Evergreen tree & landscape has been providing trusted, quality landscaping services for 20 years in the community.
