Review: I paid in full for the cutting and removal of 2 trees & roots from my property. They cut and remove all but 1 root still sitting on the property. I've call every weekend since super storm sand, requesting the removal of the root. The root is siting on a retaining wall which is in need of repair. the repair was delayed for over 6 months because of the root. The wall is over 8 feet tall and is getting more serious, I'm afraid if it cave someone an get hurt. I've request that he send me a refund and I'll hire another company to remove the root. It's been over 4 weeks and not action as yet.

Review: I hired Evergreen Tree and Shrub - Phone: ###-###-####) in good faith on the recommendation of my neighbor who was just using them. While they

cut down his trees some large branches fell on my property and knocked off a shingle off my garage. One of their men tried to put it back but it fell off and later couldn't find it so he denied that his men did it. There were huge branches around all over from my neighbor's property & it was a very obviously a missing shingle that wasn't missing before these guys came and knocked it off. One of the men said said he would be back to replace it so I said okay(He never came back).

But that's just the beginning. When I hired them to cut 2 of my trees in my backyard and grind the roots one of their men showed me that there was a pre existing crack on a small window of the den looking out onto my backyard just to inform me that it was there already which I acknowledged. After they completed the job I paid the main worker $2700 & saw that that the roots were grinded and asked him if he could clean it up and he said they don't clean up the sawdust, etc. so I said fine. A day later when I was looking out to the backyard I noticed that the large window which looks out onto the backyard was cracked. This was obviously caused by them. After all I never noticed that before and its hard to miss and they were working in the backyard for hours with a big machine cutting roots & branches; in short they cracked that window.

I called the company & spoke to [redacted] who was not only unapologetic but denied it & was very rude instead. My neighbor spoke to [redacted], one of the owners and told him to call me & I've tried at least a dozen times to reach him, leaving messages but I never got a call back. The job took place on Aug, ** & [redacted] and its now Aug [redacted] so they're obviously dragging their feet trying to ignore their carelessness hoping it will just go away.

I spoke to a [redacted] company and they said it will cost $400 to replace. I also have a roofer coming tomorrow to replace the shingle. This company is not only negligent in causing damage but operating in bad faith by denying what it did.

I would like them to pay for the damage to the window & for the shingle..
