Review: I had turf installed by this company. within 2 days of it being installed it started to melt. I brought this to the reps attention and he came out and looked at it. He blamed it on the window reflection and said I needed to tent them. I did this and after they installed another type of turf that was supposed to be better it still melted. I tinted all my windows facing my backyard and when they came out they tried to tell me I had to put the tent on the outside. I called several buisiness like [redacted] and ask about that and they all told me that if the tent was put on the outside that the weather would have it peeling and cracking.I have sent several emails, I have left several messages with a very unpleasant lady and no one will return my calls. We were told also that the urn smell from my dog would not be an issue. I have to hose it down everyday with a solution to try and keep the smell down. My neighbor is even complaining to me about it. When we talked with the rep for this company we were very specific to ask about the smell. We were told it had a year warantee.Desired Settlement: I paid $2,500 for this 410 Sq ft or turf and most of the cost was labor so I want at least half the money credited to the CC I used so I can have someone else install turf.
