I am rejecting this response because It is false. They say they paid for my glasses to be re-ordered 3 times. I paid a pretty penny for my glasses to be FIRST ordered on 7-20-15. On 8-11-15 the clinic remade my glasses for the first time. On 9-3-15 I was re-evaluated by Dr. [redacted]. He asked that I try lined bifocals for a while as he was at a loss. These lined bifocals were the second pair the clinic paid for. I returned many times to tell Dr. [redacted] and staff that I could not see with these lined bifocals. To say the last time the clinic saw me and that I said I could see with the glasses is a lie.
