This latest service I once again received a bill for chlorine both stop I once again rang them and explained the situation to them. I was told that I would get a call back from one of the managers by the office lady. I received this call back on the 11th of October 2024 in between 2:00 and 4:00 PM.
I live on the sunshine coast in QLD and I was told that I was speaking to the CEO of the company. I explained the situation and what had happened and how the previous chlorine built had been deleted because this was not the agreement I had when I paid for five years worth of servicing. The CEO then told me “tough luck I hadn't made the deal with him and if I didn't like it he would pay back the existing money and I could go somewhere else”. I told him that regardless of whether I made the deal with him or not I had made the deal and it had been in effect since 2021 I also had the documentation to show this. He then told me “ I'm not interested you didn't make the deal with me or refund the rest of your money and while I'm at it I will call the council and tell the council that your dog attacked my Workman on the last visit”. The last visit was over a week ago. I told him this was disgusting that he was lying and he knew he was lying my dog didn't go anywhere near the Workman he was in the shed the whole time and I had witnesses to that. I further explained that if this was the case why didn't he report it when the incident happened over a week ago. I told him that he knew he was lying and how does he sleep at night being so disgusting in the way he treats people and lies. He started yelling at me telling me he would refund the rest of my money and he would go to the council.
To be treated like this by anyone let alone a company to be lied to threatened and the deal made with the company not upheld is absolutely disgusting.
This is the level of people that this company has in charge this is how they treat their clients and this is their attitude, not only bullying but lying threatening and not upholding or honouring the agreement that had been made.
Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can everything's fine when it's going well but as soon as there is a problem you will lose because they lie abuse bully and are dishonest

I had been a long time customer of Waste Management and its predecessors for garbage, lawn waste and recyclables – since On my pidate of Monday, August 22, they had no truck available They rescheduled to Tuesday, the 23rd, and still had no truck available I contracted for Evergreen on the 24th after hearing recommendations from my neighbors
This letter is to advise that Evergreen Waste Services received a complaint from [redacted] stating that our trucks were in their neighborhood too earlyI called Mr [redacted] back advising that I would meet with Operations and get back to him.We pick up in that neighborhood one time a week on Monday'sI had our Monday route revised and the next week schedule reflected the changeI called Mr [redacted] again and he was pleased with the changeSince then we have been consistent with being in the area after 10:am.Please let me know if Ican be of any other assistance or if you need anything further
I have been a customer of Evergreen Waste Services since I signed with them after disappointing service from another waste companyThese years with Evergreen have been the best service I have experienced and the cost is less than other services in my areaI have recommended Evergreen to my neighbors and my family members and will continue to do soThank you Evergreen Waste Services
My neighbor takes my trash can out to the curb for me Several weeks ago, he did not get it out the night before and the trash truck came through very early in the morning He called Evergreen later in the day to say his and my trash was not picked up Evergreen told him that they would do a courtesy pick up the next day and I should call them also When I got into my house, I found a message from Evergreen telling me that they would do a courtesy pick up of my trash also I was not expecting this ans was pleasantly surprised
This letter is to advise that Evergreen Waste Services received a call from *** *** on 4/8/stating that she would need to cancel her services We provided services on 04/01/& 04/08/Her account was past due and all of our invoices state no refunds will be given on
cancellations and a $late fee will be assessed on past due amounts.We advised Mrs*** that we would need to take a partial payment of $to close out the account, which she agreed to but then later called back to decline.The account has been closed and no payment has been receivedThe debit has been written off and did not go to collections.Please let me know if Ican be of any other assistance or if you need anything further

This company is bellow average, when it comes trash removal, drivers are bad, and customer service is below par,
I have been a customer of Evergreen Waste Services since 2013. I signed with them after disappointing service from another waste company. These 3 years with Evergreen have been the best service I have experienced and the cost is less than other services in my area. I have recommended Evergreen to my neighbors and my family members and will continue to do so. Thank you Evergreen Waste Services.

Customer service is always pleasant and very helpful. I love that your alllowed one large item a week at no extra charge. And I always make a point to call to praise the trashmen/gals when they take the extra step to pull the cans up the driveway. Thank You Evergreen for your wonderful staff and service.

Review: I CALLED TO CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH EVERGREEN WASTE SERVICES 4/7/15. I WAS ADVISED THAT BECAUSE THE CYCLE DATE BEGAN 4/1/15, I'D BE RESPONSIBLE TO STILL PAY THE ENTIRE QUARTERLY BILL OF $81 DESPITE THE FACT I NO LONGER RESIDE AT THIS ADDRESS AND THE OWNER OF THIS ADDRESS HAS SINCE SWITCHED COMPANIES. I ASKED WHY WOULD I BE CHARGED FOR 12 WEEKS OF SERVICE THAT I WOULDNT BE RECEIVING? I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD I 'D BE CALLED BACK- I WASNT. I CALLED BACK 4/8/15. THE REP TOLD ME THE SAME THING THE PREVIOUS REP DID. I ASKED AGAIN TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISER AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD THEN TOLD THAT THE MANAGER TO HER TO TELL ME,THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR A FULL MONTH'S WORTH OF SERVICE -$27-ALTHOUGH ONLY A WEEK HAS PASSED. I ADVISED I WOULD NOT PAY FOR A MONTH'S WORTH OF SERVICE BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE A MONTH'S WORTH OF SERVICE. I EXPLAINED TO THEM I'D BE WILLING TO PAY FOR SERVICE FROM 4/1/15- 4/7/15- NO MORE. THE REP'S EXACT WORDS WERE "IF YOU DONT PAY THE BILL IMMEDIATELY, JUST KNOW THEY ARE ADAMENT ABOUT PUTTING ACCOUNTS IN COLLECTIONS." THEY ARE NOW THREATENING TO TARNISH MY GOOD CREDIT OVER THEIR DECEITFUL AND UNFAIR PRACTICES. I AM BEING FORCED TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE.Desired Settlement: $27 IS THE COST FOR A FULL MONTH OF SERVICE. I WAS ONLY 7 DAYS INTO THE QUARTER WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL. I CANT EVEN SAY FOR CERTAIN EVERGREEN WASTE SERVICES WERE THE ONES THAT DUMPED THE TRASH LAST WEEK BECAUSE NEW SERVICE WAS ALREADY STARTED. I AM WILLING TO PAY $6.75 FOR THE ONE WEEK OF SERVICE I MAY HAVE RECEIVED.
Review: I recently suffered a mild stroke and have been recovering. July 6, 2015, Evergreen Waste began collecting my neighbors trash at 6 am on Monday mornings. The banging or trash cans and the grinding of medal under my bedroom window startles me at 6 am when I am in a deep sleep. I wake up abruptly with a racing heart and it takes several days to recover from the anxiety. I have called them several times and asked them to come later in the day but they refuse.Desired Settlement: Collect trash later in the day.
