Used for 10 years, gutters, windows and roof. Always done a professional job. Highly recommend.
Process used on outside gutter cleaning resulted in white stuff from their zinc (?) moss treatment on roof to be splattered everywhere. All of these areas have to be cleaned by someone and paid by me! I have tried to contact by telephone ~ phone line gives a constant busy signal and by email sending twice. No responses.
I just spoke with *** by phone after receiving this complaint. *** was quite reasonable and while in the end we didn't quite see eye to eye, I am quite happy to refund the $150 for her to hire someone to clean up the zinc.
I also told her the reason we did not answer *** calls is because I authorized blocking her phone number after her daughter, ***, used her mother's phone to yell at my office assistant (Sarah) for fifteen full minutes. During that time my office assistant continued to ask, "How can I make this right?" *** refused to answer the question but only continued to yell at Sarah. I know this, because I witnessed it as did my other office assistant, Christina. It was alarming on every level. People are on edge these days but there is no excuse to scream at someone who would have been quite happy to help if only given the chance. I didn't receive the emails because I was on vacation and hadn't yet come back to respond to them.
I put the $150 check for clean-up in the mail today. I'm very sorry to *** that her legitimate complaint of zinc overspray was missed due to the above circumstances.
When the Owner called yesterday, he mostly complained about my daughter. Since he has made her part of my complaint, it should also be part of the record that she sent several follow up emails (one essentially apologizing), and there are several “facts” missing. However, I will concentrate on what was included in my complaint.
He did apologize and said he would be happy to pay $150.00 for cleanup of the zinc problem caused by their process. I asked why he never had responded to my emails ~ and why their phone was constantly busy. Later in my conversation with him I finally got him to answer why he had not responded to my emails.
He said he never got the emails and when I asked where did they go, he said they went to his Operations/Office Manager. I asked then, why did she not give them to you? No explanation. In his response to this complaint, he says he was on vacation, but one might hope a response in the interim from the Operations/Office Manager would be appropriate.
My daughter’s call with his Operations/Office Manager was from her phone at her house, not mine. She may have called and left a message for the Owner from my phone because of the subsequent constant busy signal, but the reason he gives for blocking my number is not accurate.
And I did raise my voice in total frustration ~ saying to him “Am I yelling now?” He said yes, that I was yelling.
What is unfortunate, in both instances, is that had he or his staff just returned phone calls, rather than blocking the numbers and/or responded to emails, this would not have had to go this far.
