This service is not Medicare approved. They use staff from Kenya and other third world Countries. So you get third world care. The company supports its staff when they do not show up for work and management will leave you stranded after they trick you into signing a release of liability. They thrive on patients who can’t give or are afraid to give feedback. They bully and withhold vital services if you complain. They get your Doctor to sign forms which they use to increase costs for non medical reasons. You will be quoted one price but will be billed higher. If you switch to another company you get a final bill which is inflated and they want you to pay them an additional fifteen thousand dollars. If you refuse to pay the additional then they try to ruin your credit and take you to court. They are not focused on your healthcare. They just want your money. Be careful. If your loved one cannot give feedback then they will be taken advantage of. This review is from personal experience. We paid twelve thousand dollars for two weeks of standard PCA services. This is more than what was required by contract. When they found out I received a settlement they wanted more and more money. When I went to a different company they sued for more money than they were due. They said it was punishment for not staying. They are managed by bullies which reflects on the Physician who owns the business. If you want abusive care then this company is your best choice.
