We did raise the roof under guidelines of the manufacturer, which they were ok with. She thinks this is where the water is running off from. We went over and looked at everything. We spoke to [redacted], her husband. We talked about the gutters...

being too low. The roof they had before was installed incorrectly. When you install a metal roof, you have to have a quarter to a half of an inch overhang. The roof that was there was cut even. When you cut even, the water will run back behind it. We did the roof to manufacturer specifications. The leak on their overhead awning is impossible. It is impossible because there is not a roof there there. They have an awning attached to the front of their building. There is no roof over it. The roof is not even close to it. She says its leaking. We were nowhere near it. I talked to [redacted] last Sunday and told him we had a couple different issues, pre existing. She says I didn't raise the gutter. Their roof was cut back because their gutters were too low and I installed it correctly. I told [redacted] what I could do for him and told him if we raised the gutter he probably wouldn't have problems. I told him I'd do it on my time and he said he didn't know if it was the problem. He wanted me to redo the flashing and I told him it may work but his gutters were still too low. I didn't know about the awning then and I told [redacted] to tell me what he wanted to do and I'd do it. I got another call back during the week and I told her the same thing. It's hard to see what [redacted] is talking about as far as the awning goes unless it is raining. I asked her to video tape the water coming back behind there so we could know where it was leaking. I even had a guy go over there Thursday and they had an attitude and didn't want him to fix anything. I would be more than willing but it is not my roof that is causing the problem. If they want us to fix the gutters and raise them, we will do it for free.

Please find a copy of the engineers report regarding the work perform by Tri Plex.
Under our contract I was not to make the final payment until the project was completed and all problems addressed.
I would have included a copy of the plans for the project, but my copy was borrowed by Tri-Plex employee, [redacted] who claimed he had forgotten his while on the job. He never returned them even after months requested them back.
Even without my copy of the plans it is apparent that Tri-Max did not fulfil the contract. You can certainly infer that what they started & botch was not what we agreed to. I have been badly treated by Tri-Max & will have to hire others to fix what they did.
