here is the letter I sent them after they got my money and not even an apology did I recieve.
Dear Paunch,

I'm writing you this letter to express the issues that I have experienced through the contract agreement that I had with Everlasting Moments.

When I originally agreed to become a client with Everlasting Moments I felt as though I was sold based on some work that I had seen. I was confident that my pictures would be exactly what I had wanted. Through our time together, I had began to lose trust, based on certain conversation, professionalism and improper customer service, as well as quality in the performance of the crew sent to me on the day of my wedding. Below are a list of situation, conversation and issues I had with my photos/video on a whole. This list I found to be unacceptable based on my expectations as a customer. Everlasting Moments did not meet the standards that I had expected them to.

1. Before my wedding day I had spoken to Nia about my slide show that was supposed to be made for my wedding day first dance. At first, She told me that; "It's not possible because I should have given them earlier". I readdressed the conversation in an email letting her know that date that I had given them was indeed within the acceptable time frame.
a. Also, my slide show was made on time but not with all the pictures that I had originally dropped off. I had left 12 pictures of myself and only 5 where added to my slideshow video. Family members approached me afterwards to ask, why there weren't any pictures of me and why were they all of my husbands? This is embarrassing!

On Wedding Day: Photo/ Video issues
1. Slide show Missing Photos ( As mentioned above)
2. Moring of- Dad was asked to attend the grooms house limited photos and video footage.
3. Picture of my wedding bands (later adjusted by staff after the wedding day).
4. The type of photos I requested I didn't feel as through I got. I requested to have more landscape photos. As well as traintrack photos, which I didn't get any of. My photos are nice but not what I had expected. I felt as though there was a different photographer taking my pictures because they were completely different from my engagement shoot. I do understand that the engagement shoot is more casual but that shouldn't effect the how close the camera was on us.
5. I do not have a photo of just my bridesmaids.
6. Specific locations requested were not visited at all during my shoot. If the case is that the video crew needed to complete a same day edit then they should have been traveling in a different car or requested to be in the limo. This was 2 hours of pictures lost, and once we arrived to the hall and my bridal party was exhausted. Alicia said that they had passed the train tracks so they decided to just go to the hall. This is unacceptable time lost that was paid for.
7. Photos of my hall in general- there are none.
8. THE BIGGEST ISSUE I HAVE is the lack of immediate family photos: Mother, Father, and GRANDPARENTS. I do not have any photos alone with my grandparents and 3 pictures with a great grandmother, that if I didn't go and call a photographer personally I would not have. I also had to provide a photo with my grandparents taken by a guest in my album.
9. Missing dance with grandfather
10. Missing dance with father-in-law
11. Missing Husband dance with my mother
12. Guest complaint: "Crew left the camera on a stand for a long period of time" .... "Are they suppose to be drinking"
13. After addressing the issue with my grandparents I sent an email about some of these concerned after I received my photos- there was no response.
14. Didn't get one picture of my mom putting on my dress that I could see her face.
15. No Picture of dad by himself, with Francesco or both his parents.
16. Guest complaint " Hardly saw them"
17. Photo and Video did not stay till the end of my wedding. I believe that my package was Unlimited.
18. Bridesmaid Complaint- Video was asking my bridesmaids to do something silly in front of the camera. When my bridesmaid had asked, "what should I do" your camera man responded, " I don't know I've never done this before".
19. When it came to full payment, I had asked Nia, "why is it that I'm giving you full payment when I don't have the completion of my contract". Her response was not delightful. She stated that, "If you where unhappy with the contract then you shouldn't have signed it"... As well as stating, for whatever reason I should know, that, "We have people who pay 20 000 for packages and they all pay". This made me feel as though my 9000 was not enough and not important in comparison. Or that I wasn't capable of payment.
20. When I pick up my rough drafts Nia was very aggressive in stating that I must complete this by a certain time or I will not receive it before Christmas. I did complete what I needed with in the time frame that she told me. When I request if I was suppose to have it before Christmas I received a rejected email.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The list of complaints ranges from the owner SITTING DOWN during our ceremony and not taking photos we've paid him to take to (after a 2 day wedding) not having a photo of me (the bride) and her parents. The owners response, I can photoshop one. Then, refusing to provide the CD of photos unless we paid another $200 (after already paying well over $5000 for services). [redacted] The owner is AWFUL to deal with, [redacted] and I would NEVER recommend his company to anyone, ever.
