Can [redacted] contact me directly at [redacted] because as off today our last visit to her house for service was April 23rd 2014 and her issue was resolved. We also have a IP phones system that tracks all call to our company and after running a report we have no calls from her number to our... company. No voicemails as well, so I am not sure what number she has on file. The company number is [redacted] As off today [redacted] is under warranty for parts that manufactured defects but labor warranty expired 1 year after installed in 2011.
