Everly Concrete Products, Incmanufactures and sells product used in the installation of septic systemsOnce a product is sold, Everly provides warranty service for a period of years (service calls)During the first warranty call, Everly will electrically connect from the outside control panel to and including the septic tankEverly is not responsible for making any electrical connections between the homeowner's electrical panel and the control panel for the septic systemThis work is to be done by the homeowner or the subcontractorEverly normally does not schedule warranty calls because the control panel is to be mounted outside where access to the disconnect switch is possibleOn prior warranty visits (4/3/14, 12/11/14, 7/1/15), the homeowner was notified that access to the control panel was not possibleOn July 8th, our office received a call from the homeowner stating that she had only plugged in her aerator system just recently and when she did an alarm started soundingShe disconnected the system againShe also stated during that phone conversation that she would like to reschedule our service person for a time after 2:PM so she could leave work early so we can have access to the control panelWe do not believe she stated she worked an hour awayOn 7/31/15, at approximately 11:45am, our office called the homeowner to notify her our service person would be at her property on 8/3/at 2:PMOn 8/3/15, at approximately 1:48PM, our service person called our office to notify us that no one was at the homeHe requested we call her again to verify she was available to leave work or to have someone else come to the propertyThe homeowner called our office on 8/7/after business hours and left a voicemail stating that she never received a call from us indicating that the serviceman would be in her area on 8/3/Our office did speak with the homeowner on 8/10/and was told that the invoice for the trip would be voided since the appointment was not confirmed by the homeownerThe homeowner asked during that call when our service person would be in the area again and we explained that we will schedule a time after enough service calls in her area were accumulatedThe homeowner stated she would try to find another service company in her area in the meantimeWe stated that if she would like for us to continue to put her on our schedule we would as soon as possible and notify her personally and not through voicemail
