I am rejecting this response because: I responded on Sunday morning, May 8th, despite Everpurse saying that they are awaiting a response from meFurthermore, they did not present me with the option of getting another bag from them and told me to accept the refund through *** ***The issue is that I did not want just a *** *** bag; I got the bag because I specifically wanted the phone-charging capabilities that the bag came withHowever, it is apparent that this technology just simply does not work as advertised, and a new, non-Everpurse bag is currently being shipped to me from *** ***I am a lawyer and understand what a limited warranty entailsThe manual containing the limited warranty is supposed to cover the bag for these issues, but Everpurse does not want to live up to the warranty and simply wants to waive off another dissatisfied customerWell, congratulations, you have gotten rid of meThe Revdex.com can close this complaint because I am receiving a different bag through *** ***, although that is not the resolution that I had hoped for.

Just to note this purse was purchased the purse from ***.com and we are servicing the warranty partWe have a year warranty on our pursesWe have been in contact wit the customer and the last action we took was to replace the purseBefore we sent the replacement, we offered to refund the
customer her money as she was not happy in purchasing a purse that stopped working; then received a replacement purse that only worked for two weeksI spoke to the customer and she stated she wanted a working purse and would accept a third purseWe sent her a third purse and it seems the purse was not working from when she received itShe contacted us on Thursday 5/5/stating the purse did not work when she received it and I replied today two days later 5/7/offering her at this point a refund through ***.com since we do not have a replacement purse in stock as of right nowI am still awaiting response form the customerThe customer was was willing to accept replacement purses, but unfortunately the purses she has received have stopped working for some reason we have not been abel to identify
