The employees insspecting the mattress after weeks acknowledged the sagging but apparently changed their mind at the officeThere was no need to buy an extra mattress pad as I had an almost new one already.This is just a ploy by Everton to make extra moneyI will take this matter to the next level and it will not help their business. ** *** complaint about the mattress sagging is not validWe feel the real issue is he chose the incorrect mattress for his needs Our policy is to allow for comfort exchanges within days if the customer buys a mattress protector which keeps the mattress is good condition We will exchange his mattress for a new mattress which is the at the same or greater value We do charge a $exchange fee in addition to the price difference ( per his signed invoice ) We will not exchange his old mattress if it is not in sanitary condition , or if ** *** is a smoker

[redacted] ,  contacted our store after purchasing a new queen set of bedding. He complained of sagging, we sent out our service tech to his house to inspect the bed. We could find no evidence of sagging, there was no structural defects of the product.  We do offer a 60 day comfort...

exchange policy but the customer must purchase a mattress protector at the time of sale. [redacted] choose not to purchase a mattress protector ( our policy is stated on the bottom of each invoice / attached).
