I had an extremely poor experience with Evervue. I ordered a $700 mirror that arrived broken. They have a policy that they must be notified within 24 hours and that is where their customer sevice ends. I sent an email with photos of the damage as soon a possible as per instructions on the crate, yet not within 24 hours. I did not hear back for weeks, although I sent the email several times. After several calls to the Boca Raton store and sending emails to different addresses provided, I continued to be ignored. Finally, after three months I was informed that the only accomidation would be to sell me another mirror for $480. No thanks. I was able to have the mirror repaired locally for $300.
