Stained Glass Overlay removed our front door glass to fix fogging that was present between the panes of glass They installed plywood to cover the door openings while the glass was being fixed They also applied blue tape around the plywood to make the seal watertight and when the tape was removed from the outside portion of the doors, the stain was stripped off I immediately called the company to report the issue and they said I should get an estimate for repairs and send it to them The owner (Dan) also left a phone message that said they would do what was necessary to address any problems we had I forwarded an estimate of repairs to them as requested The repair estimate we obtained (for $400) was to re-stain the outside of the front doors After talking to Dan on two occasions and to his daughter Shannon on several occasions, they have not addressed the issue and are now failing to return my calls or respond to an email message sent to Shannon.
