Review: Dear officer: I am an online buyer from China. I bought TWO MASKS with two free extra samples from http://www.origins.com. The order No. is [redacted], and the EMS NO. is [redacted]. Then I put the masks and samples with other goods I bought from other online shops in one package, and entrusted the transit company http://www.tiantian8.us/ to deliver them back to me. The No of the goods was TT00055052. And when the package was transported to China, the EMS NO. was 107591793820. When I received the package, other things were all in it. But the two masks from Origins were not, and strangely , the two free samples were there .All the goods weighed 14 pounds when I bought them in the USA before the transit company delivered. After the transportation to China, they weighed 6.1KG when they were delivered by EMS. The discrepant weight is 8.8 ounce, and the weight of the two masks is 6.8 ounce. So it is very likely that the transit company didnt put the masks in the package. However the company denied it. I am in China; I can do nothing from here. But I dont' see you would like to have this kind of company using US territory to commit crimes to peoples from other countries.
