First, I would like to apologize for the delay of our business response to this complaint We were just recently made aware of it and want to resolve this complaint which is satisfactory to Ms [redacted] My assistant Anna contacted Ms [redacted] on Saturday, 2/4/2017, to see if we could come out and reclean her home again Ms [redacted] responded that it was not necessary We offered to redo the work for the customer but she has declined If she changes her mind after reading this response to this complaint, we will be happy to come back out and reclean her home again We take much pride in our work and want to make sure that all of our customers are fully satisfied

First of all there was a special coating on the deck (Seal Max)On separate occasions I made arrangements for *** ( per his request) to speak to owner of Seal MaxBoth times *** was a no show/no callI called *** on numerous occasions and left messages, all not returnedI question ***'s commitment to be able to fix Seal Max's deck finishesWe feel the only way is to have Seal Max fix it and *** can pay them***'s track record proves he is not true to his word

Since getting this complaint, I have contacted my insurance agent and we went by the customers home to evaluate the complainti have agreed with the customer to the spots in questioni plan on getting this resolved this up coming
