They came on Thursday to look at a job, sent me the proposal that was to be done on Monday. I thought it was a done deal. They called on Friday and I was told they were too busy to do the job. If they were so busy, why did they even come and why did they write up the proposal? Another company is coming to put braces on my walls and they won't be able to finish the job without a plumber.
