We have tried to work with [redacted] to resolve the issue(have multiple emails showing) She was unwilling to work with us to resolve itShe refers to having start dates which is not trueWe told her we could outline the patio so she could see it but with all the rain things were running behindEvery Season never told [redacted] a start or end date of the project since we can't control the weatherWe have never had a problem with any of our customers or projects we have done

I am rejecting this response because:
1. Complaint was filed on 6/24. Two days prior to the e-mail communications starting 6/Luke references in his complaint response There had been no attempt by Luke to work with us when the complaint was made. When I did talk with Luke later in the day on 6/he advised he would sue if I pursued another vendor. He did not ask any questions about the issues or inspect the job site himself2. Phone, e-mail and text records prove we were advised they were starting the job the week of 6/13. Perhaps Jack was lying to us in an effort to stall until the crew was ready the following week. Nonetheless, our lives were disrupted multiple times starting the week of 6/due to the commitments made and missed by Jack3. We were never advised they would outline the patio and then there would be a delay until the work started4. Luke blames rainfall for the delays: a. From when the contract was signed on 5/with the start date confirmed the week of 6/6, there were three interactions with Jack on 5/26, 6/and 6/7. There was no mention of a rain delay in any of these interactionsb. On 6/8, Jack advised the project would start 6/14. We accepted this deferment even though over the past working days there had only been rain days, none of which were more than inch. c. On 6/the crew was no call and no show. It rained later in the dayd. It did not rain again until the evening of 6/22, which crew person, Coy, worked through5. Jack *** confirmed when the contract was signed to plan on the week of 6/and it would take approximately days6. Comments made by crew indicate there were problems with other customers
