Was quoted a certain amount. Last minute added fees without explanation. Did not give receipt. Screening calls. Address is not a real place.
Aug 29 2020 we hired these movers to move my girlfriend Jen *** furniture from her old address at *** to the new address *** Over the phone she was quoted 179$ an hour. She was not told at the time about the 3 hour minimum, she was not told about any sort of additional fees or charges. Once they had moved the furniture, they suddenly started telling her there were these extra fees, they refused to give any sort of receipt for our payment to them or any receipt derailing the services provided and reason for these costs. We tried to go talk to someone in person at their business and the address they provide, 780 Keewatin St, is not a real address. There is no such building. They proceeded to ignore our phone calls and screen our numbers when we tried to contact them. 179Ã? 3 hours, plus taxes, is approximately 600$. My partner was charged 820$. I would like to see a receipt but they have completely ghosted us.

I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 story house. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude (can't remember his name ***). He quoted me $129/hr for 3 people, They arrived late, a man, a 17 year old boy , 19 year old girl and their driver. They didn't have any equipment other than their hands (extremely hard, I lived on the 3rd floor, no elevators) the younger boy and girl were basically the ones who did most of the move (more like 2 people vs. 3) and were super friendly. The *** man on the other hand, I don't know if he's the owner? But he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He was very short tempered with his movers *** Upon arrival at the house, they unloaded everything into the house but didn't bring ANYTHING up to the 2nd floor where the bedrooms and washroom is.. My boyfriend and I were unable to bring our bed or furniture up the stairs so we slept on the floor.. I have damages on almost every piece of furniture (I have photo's) and HE CHARGED ME $902 FOR A TOTAL OF 4 HOURS!!!! He charged me 5 hours when I have proof of the time he called when he arrived and when they finished, a 25% fee (don't know what for) and then a $96 fee (don't know what for again)) I am horrible at confrontation so I paid the man via *** (knowing I'd have to deal with it later on).

These guys moved Leon out to the burbs. They were excellent!!!
We received notifications telling us approximately how far out they were. They arrived before
their allotted window. They were respectful, very nice and careful.

Danny and his crew were amazing. My move time was for 4:30 p.m and Danny called me at 4:00 p.m and told me that they were going to be about 30 minutes late because they were going to be late. I truly appreciated the heads up as other movers have just been late and not given notice. Danny called me at 4:35 p.m. to tell me that they had arrived and would be in the lobby shortly. Wow quoted 30 minutes late and was only 5 minutes late from the initial move time! Very impressive! Danny walked me through all the paperwork and explained the process from start to finish. They loaded and unloaded everything in a very timely manner and even offered to re-arrange items once the entire truck was unloaded. Very professional and friendly. I would defiantly use Everyday Canadian Moving in the future.

Nick and Manny crushes my move! These guys wrapped everything and moved everything very quickly and efficiently! They set everything up in the new place where I wanted it and had a amazing attitude. I would recommend to friends 10/10

The initial quote for service was not the final quote - numerous fees were suddenly added and there was no final invoice with the listed fees provided.

The team of movers was amazing and super efficient. They showed up on time and took about as long as quoted. They were very nice and friendly as well. I will definitely use them next time I need movers. Worth every penny!

This Company showed up late, damaged furniture, the door, and drywall in our places. He made inappropriate comments during the move. The owner said it was supposed to be 129/hr with 3 people doing the move. He came with a 10" rental van and one person knowing he had to move furniture from my bedroom apartment and my moms bungalow. The worker at my place said he was doing the boss a "favor" helping him and didn't know him personally. My landlords who also footage of them coming and out of my old apartment on how reckless they were with my furniture. One employee confirmed he picked him up at *** before heading to my place. Out of all the people that came to my place only one employee named Richard did his best work and was the only one pleasant to work with. When it came to negotiating payment had a *** breakdown. He continuously swore and jumped up and down while hitting his head.*** About 45 mins later he sent me degrading text messages *** I have screenshot proof on the messages. He returned with 3 men at my place, and my ex came out telling him how unsafe we felt coming back into our homes. They exchange colorful language after the owner yelled out racist remarks.
