We just moved to [redacted] from [redacted] bought a home, and had an unusual plumbing requirement I went out to a few local plumbers, seeking to have three Japanese bidet toilet seats installed The first would be hourly, with a much too high estimate for the job Everyday Plumber offered me a set price for each installation, and it was VERY reasonable Our plumber was extremely easy to work with, and he persevered through a number of connection problems he encountered with differences in fittings and other issues Even though the entire installation took much longer than had been anticipated in the quote - they stood behind their word, and I am ecstatic with the successful results

I found that my dishwasher was leaking and flooding my kitchen I did not know who to call I was unable to find a business that was open, I found EveryDay plumber on line and was fortunate to make an appointment later in the day Angel *** arrived a in a short time He found the problem, explained it to me and fixed it I also was surprised at pleased with the amount of the bill, It was very reasonable I plan to call the company again when I need a plumber (I forgot to mention that all of this happened on the of December 2015.)

I e-mailed this company expecting some kind of reply, I received no response.I called the next day to get an appoint. It was scheduled next day between 2 and 4. On that day we received a call that the plumber would be there before 2. When no one came by 4 p.m. I called and was told that plumber came at 1:45 "waited" 15 min and left. Was told that 2 calls were made and got no answer.That was all false .No one came to our house and no one called. How do you run a business when you operate on falsehoods? Pathetic!

On March 1, 2016 I contacted Home Advisor.com for the purpose of finding a plumber to check out my hot water heater. The heater had stopped working. Home Advisor recommended Every Day Plumber.com who contacted me the following day. We set up an appointment for Thursday, March 3rd. The plumber, Lynn, arrived at approximately on time. At that point, I was only obligated to be billed for a service call. The plumber made a visual inspection and proceeded to put in new parts, even though the unit wasn't running. He replaced two thermostats and installed a new reset switch. Then the plumber said he was getting irregular readings from the power meter. The unit had parts replaced when the original parts were not deemed to be defective (which they weren't). The pipes began to get warm. The plumber handed me a bill in the amount of $324.00 and said he gave me a break. The unit stopped working about an hour after he left. I called the next day and the same plumber returned. This time he stayed until the water got hotter before he left. He told me to get an electrician because the problem was electrical, such as a faulty circuit breaker. I called Everyday Plumber's office, spoke to Mark, and told him I was going to contact an electrician. I also let him know how upset I was that I had to go through the expense of replacing parts that were probably working since the problem was electrical. I could not get a logical answer or reason as to why I had to go through an expense of $324.00 when the repair guy knew it was an electrical problem, and he told me so, but yet he put in new parts that probably weren't needed in the first place. Mark said he would talk to the owner about it. Almost two weeks have passed and I have yet to hear from the owner or anyone else. Maybe this is an isolated case with Everyday Plumber but it's not good or ethical business practice. Instead of being charged for a service call, I feel it was more like bait and switch. I paid for parts and labor I didn't need.
