Everything But Wine

I've always enjoyed going into the River District Everything Wine as the people that worked there are so friendly and helpful, however, there is a long time employee cashier there that is unfriendly, rude and today she set me off with her rudeness that I will not shop there or support that store! as long as she is employees there. This is not the first time I have experienced her rudeness and after speaking to a few other people they too have had unfriendly encounters with the same person. I think the Manager should re-evaluate his old staff as this one should not be in the customer service industry.

Review: I ordered from this business on November 30, 2014. And have checked the status every day. It is still saying that the order is "being processed". However, on there website it says orders should be processed in 3-5 days. I have tried calling the number listed on the website many times. Every time I get voicemail. I leave a message for an update, yet to date no one has returned my inquiries. I have also sent multiple emails using the "contact us" tab and still no response. I have also done some searching on the internet and had obtained another phone number to try to get a hold of them. That telephone number is now disconnected.I had ordered this stuff as Christmas gifts and am now worried this may be an online scam. Not sure what to do next as no one is getting back to me to give me any information what so ever.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to ship the items I have ordered and paid for immediately. I would also like a phone call or email telling me why it is taking so long for this order to be fulfilled and why no one is returning phone calls or emails demanding updates.In the event that the items ordered are not available I want an immediate refund to my credit card. And to have someone from this company to call me to explain what happened with this order and why the customer service has been so bad.
