I placed an order in December of 2016, and have not been able to get a response on the status of my order
Now having seen that there are other negative reviews and complaints, I am very concerned if I will get my order correctly, or at all

I am complaining about non-delivery as of (Feb29), I am also complaining about the company failure to respond or return my emails & phone calls
Placed an order online Feb (order # XXXXX) indicated it was shipped on Feb As of Feb 29th I have yet to receive Called times and emailed times to the company They have NOT responded or returned my phone calls

I will be crediting their card for the hinges

First of all, the company did NOT explain that it would take 3 weeks!!!! NO where did I receive that information. When I entered my order number, given to me by the company to check on my order....it clearly indicated it was shipped out on Feb. 18th!!!!! Secondly, the company NEVER returned my email nor phone call. Had they done that then I would have waited!!! Thirdly, I do not wish to do any business of the sort with this company so they can just cancel my order and process a full refund to my credit card! I'll take my business elsewhere!

After submitting my response yesterday when the company indicated that they mentioned it takes 3 weeks to process and make my order. The order arrived at my house yesterday evening via UPS. It was shipped out on 19th.
It is pretty obvious that the company was not honest in their response. My order arrived after all.....rather late.
It is irresponsible for the company not to respond to either my emails or my phone calls. This could have been avoided had they responded!

There is no customer by this name, address or email in our system.  There is nothing for us to do.
