[redacted] came out quickly to the house, did a nice presentation and gave us an estimate for a metal roof installation Upon refinancing, we gave him a deposit during the third week of October of $ We were told it would be installed in 2-weeks "before the snowflies" (his words) We trusted the guy - big mistake! November went by, December also went by, and we all know what happened in late January with the weather Calls and emails were not returned for weeks Meantime, ice dams formed and leaks came into the house requiring extensive repairs along with hiring out help to shovel off the roof The very reasons why we needed this done before the winter weather hit! In March, we requested a refund [redacted] finally responded and made a "make it up to you" offer of installing guttersNice gesture, but the house doesn't need gutters And in all honesty after this customer service experience, how can I trust that any installation problem would be addressed in a timely manner? We again requested a refund with an unsatisfactory response We again requested a refund with no reply In early April, we referred [redacted] to the Revdex.comwith the hopes of getting a refund No response from [redacted] to either the Revdex.com or us and April turned to May After the Revdex.com notified us of the non-response to our complaint, I notified [redacted] I would be taking him to court to get the $deposit back and he responded he would send it to us We were told we would have in in a week Two weeks went by with no checkAnother prompt resulted in a check at the end of MayThis guy will take your money fast enough but don't plan on decent customer service after it It saddens me to have to write this review, but folks out there need to know what you may be getting yourselves into

I notified the Customer we where running behind schedule. Without any warning A few weeks later the Customer posted on our business *** *** page that "we had taken her money and ran" I called her and apologized for being late on schedule and promised the Customer we where not taking
her money and running and then returned the customer's down payment with a bank checkThe Customer told me she would remove the complaints after returning her money.Thank you, ***

We did have some delays, I was always prompt to return his calls and leave voice mailsI believe he either had trouble getting his voice mails or he just did not listen to them also he lives in an area where there is very bad cellular service.It was very difficult getting in contact with this
customerI called him multiple times trying to schedule his roof but did not hear back from himhe gave me a down payment for the materials early in the summer which I purchased promptlyi ended up holding on to the materials until fall until he requested his deposit back, I had my attorney get a hold of him to get his deposit back to himafter giving his deposit back I still had his metal which I did not sell until this spring

We have sent the customer a refund for their deposit. The customer signed up late in the fall for a roof and we got way to much snow to have been able to complete the roof. The customer kept asking me when we where going to be able to do there roof and I did not have an answer for them due to all...

the snow we got. They asked for there deposit back so I gave it to them. Even after I had already purchased the metal for their roof and bent it up. I am now stuck with the metal for their roof until I sell another one of that color.
