Review: I had purchased item #SDR-[redacted] from Everything Furniture Inc. from their website www.everythingfurniture.com on 12/**/2013. The order # [redacted] was partially filled and delivered. The item consists of two boxes to complete. They sent one only. I've tried to contact them numerous times these past two days and cannot seem to get through to customer support. I've tried email twice to no avail. The practices are questionable as they never notified me that there will be two separate deliveries, if that is their plan. They deliver one box as to lock in the sale, forcing the customer to commit because my only other alternative is to return this item. The item weighs 85 lbs roughly. The will deduct 15% restocking fee, plus the round trip delivery charges. On an item like this, the price would be huge. Online support is practically non-existent as the company does not respond in the 24 hour timeframe they profess. They are clearly not "the best online furniture store," as they also claim. I would like, if you can to get them to send the other half of my item and send me a correct tracking #, because these numbers they have given me are also bogus ([redacted], as examples). Hope you can help. Thank you for your time and effort on this matter. If you need anything else on my part, please contact me at [redacted]Desired Settlement: Would like second half of my item as agreed upon initially. With true tracking number.

Review: I ordered a mirror in Mission Oak and was sent a mirror in black. They have done nothing to replace the incorrect item.Desired Settlement: Replace black mirror with the Mission Oak mirror I ordered.

Review: I purchased a media storage cabinet from Everything Furniture for $298.98 from their [redacted] shop on January **, 2014 (item #[redacted], transaction #[redacted]). The item shipped on January **, 2014 (tracking # [redacted]). We received the item on January **, 2014 and found that the back of the media cabinet was peeling off and that there were several deep scratches on the front. I immediately sent a message through the [redacted] system to the seller indicating that we received it in a damaged condition. The seller requested that I electronically send photos of the damaged item. I did so on January **, 2014. It took until February *, 2014 for the seller to respond that they did not receive the photos. I resent them. At that time, the person with whom I was corresponding indicated that they would ask that the manufacturer send a new item to my home. I received another message on February **, 2014 requesting that I e-mail them my phone number so that they could call me. On the phone call, I was told that they could not download the photos to send to the manufacturer from the [redacted] system and they requested that I e-mail an employee named [redacted] photos that could be downloaded. On February **, 2014 the seller sent me a message through the [redacted] system and indicated that they had received word from the manufacturer that the item would not be ready to ship until April **, 2014. I was not pleased but decided that the problem was outside of the seller's control and that I should wait to receive the item in April. April came and went and I did not receive the item. I tried to send a message to the seller through the [redacted] system but was unable to because [redacted] does not allow communication between parties more than 90 days past the time of sale. So, I e-mailed [redacted] but received no response. I then researched Everything Furniture online and upon finding their phone number, called them. My call was received by a voice mail answering system. I left a message but never heard back from the company. I then e-mailed [redacted] one more time indicating that if I did not hear back, I would proceed with reporting them to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I believe that Everything Furniture either owes me a new media cabinet or a full refund (including tax and shipping costs). It has been five months since this process began and while they have enjoyed the benefits of having my $298.98, I have received no benefit.
