We had received the customers information threw an email saying they were *** ***They were looking to have there gutters cleaned, so we had the cleaning scheduled and then completed the workAfter work was completed we emailed the customer the bill several times not knowing it was going to
her son that was the email provided, before receiving this complaintWe discussed the issue, was not sure what else to do, I have never experienced this type of complaint beforeSo we cleared the invoice for the customer nothing more we could doI have to admit I was a little suspicious with the circumstancesThe customer was very aggressive, I guess I could understand but I am in the same boatI do not want to drag this on, however it happened the current invoice has been clear and the account is resolvedThanks Jimmy cell ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:My son received the bill via his e-mail. As soon as he forwarded the bill to me I immediately received a bill. Since I never requested work to be done, why would I agree to the statement made by the business. Someway this man secured my Son's e-mail when he opened the PDF file and then forwarded to me, they got my e-mail. I truly believe this is a way to comment fraud. Believe it should be investigated further. Thank you!!
