I have already received my payment back from [redacted].
I am sympathetic to death as I am a nurse and have had multiple family deaths. However, there is personal accountability with a job and if one can not complete their job, then find someone to take over and help. All it would have taken was a simple phone call. After hearing back on June 6, I was expecting a phone call on June 9th.
It is not acceptable to ignore phone calls in the business world. Life happens, and when it throws you a curve ball, you still need to respond. One month of not returning phone calls is not acceptable, especially when a service is requested. Please ask for help and get things straightened out.
