I am rejecting this response because:...When the chair was ordered [redacted] the salesman came and saw my old chair and I told him and his truck driver several times I needed a 24/width and make sure its a length ..I told both the sales rep and the driver ...The reason I asked for the length was because my right leg is longer then my left leg and it hangs over the seat ...the sales rep and the trucker driver especially [redacted] the driver measured the length several times .and the chair back ,was pushed back ...before this chair was delivered, [redacted] told me they put the back of the seat on it at their warehouse which was not the right size and again the sales rep said they did not have that type captain seat ...I believe they stuck that old cushion book in the box they because he made a mistake and they did not want me to see that Pride had both the length of the cushion I asked for and the square captain back of chair I had asked for which pride carries ..I could not use the leg lifters cause they were too long and my right leg did not fit it so [redacted] took them off .....I do not care what they are showing cause once again that cushion they tried to stick me with is for a manual chair not a Power chair ...and once again it is not a bariatric cushion ....My chair came with the wrong size bariatric cushion because the Salesman was trying from the very beginning to make me settle for a chair he ordered when he knew I could not use that size cushion just like ...when he found out I could not fit into that chair and would never ask for that size cause I already had one in the garage just like it that was too small ...his manager and his driver [redacted] know he got into trouble for it ...The salesman told me to check out the Qedge hd and also a Pronto Mon line which I did ..and I like the Qedge hd .........he wrote it on a paper and after I told him of the two chairs I liked the Qedge hd ...he knew what size of the cushion I needed then along with the captain's back and now he lies once again ...I know more about these Power chairs then he does ..I called Pride and the rep at the company knew he never even ordered the cushion after he knew I needed the same cushion that came with the chair .......I wanted to question him about ordering from Pride and he would not answer me ..they always told me he was not there or he was on the phone and gave me his message machine and he would never call me back for almost two months not until I called the Revdex.com did he call me back two day after I called Revdex.com.Thank you [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] seems to be confused as to whom to blame for his situation. His motor broke on his wheelchair on September 25th. We received an Rx from his Dr. on the 29th. We have submitted an insurance claim to get his chair repaired and are still waiting for the approval... as of this date Oct. 21. We are unable to do any repairs until his insurance gives us the authorization. In the mean time we have generously helped Mr. [redacted] while we wait on his insurance to approve his needed repairs. We picked up his old chair from his Eye Dr. office for free and took it to his house which is an hour away from our store. We also are lending him a free manual wheelchair to use until we are able to fix his power wheel chair. I suggest that if Mr. [redacted] needs his chair fixed he pays for it himself or calls his insurance company and complains, but we have done all we can and more for him.

In response to Mrs*** complaint, I will start by addressing her comments about my sales person *** not addressing the size of her chair needing to be 24/25" wideMrs*** original request was for an Invacare Mpower chair with a captain seatThe same chair she had in the past that
worked well for herThis unfortunately for her, was not possible for us to get for herInvacare the manufacturer of the M91, only makes a 22" seat width baseAlthough the armrests are adjustable to 26" widthThis is why ***, the salesman she was working with tried to accommodate her with her first request of the Invacare M*** did ask her to try the Invacare chair before refusing it because of the seat size she was requesting not being available through the manufactureAfter Mrs*** refused the Invacare M91, *** and myself spoke with Mrs*** on a way conference call and agreed to switch manufactures to accommodate her desired seat sizeThe chair we all agreed on for her was a Pride Quantum QEdge HD power wheelchairWe felt this chair was the closest thing to her old chair but also would accommodate her seat size needsThis chair was ordered with a custom seat width and depth per Mrs*** request 25"w x 22"dThe cushion was also ordered to fit the chairs seat dimensions 25"w x 22"dThis cushion was not available in a vinyl or leather coverWe delivered the chair to Mrs*** on 8/26/She was very happy with her chair at that time and had no issues at that timeOn 9/2/our technician went out to her house again per her request for an adjustmentHe moved the seat forward for her making the seat depth deeperAlso, on 9/28/our technician went out to her house and removed the elevating footrest hangers per her requestWe are aware of her now needing a new cushion with a deeper depth due to her wanting her seat depth adjusted after the delivery of the chairWe are currently working on trying to get a new cushion in a vinyl cover that will fit her new seat size due to her requested adjustmentsThis new cushion she is requesting must be approved by her insurance as they are the ones fundingWe are doing everything we can to resolve Mrs*** needsI hope once we get approval from her insurance for the new cushion her needs will be met and she will be satisfied

I waited Days for them to repair my wheelchairThey repaired it on 11-3-gave me new motors, wheels joy stick and arm rest new batteriesThe person who was supposed to do the call for Medical + Medicare did it wrong supposedly on purpose I think and I had to wait two weeks longer because of his mistake.Sincerely *** ***

Attached please find on the first page of my attachment an email from [redacted] rehab sales specialist, sent to [redacted] Kilburn in which she states that the cushion Mrs. [redacted] is requesting has been discontinued.  On the second page you will see the Gel foam cushion with a 500lb weight capacity.  We special ordered this cushion in the dimensions Mrs. [redacted] was requesting ( 25" x 28") she then refused this cushion.  On the third page is a copy of the original order for her original cushion that was delivered with her chair.  This cushion was sized to accommodate her chair as originally ordered.  This cushion fit prior to her requesting us to adjust her depth of her seat.  As you can see on the last page, Pride does not manufacture a 25" x 28" cushion.

I purchased a Lift Chair from them. It is faulty and the Owned "[redacted]" will not return my calls.. after 6 mo. of trying. They also miss represented them self's as a Medi-Care provider, which they are not.. VERY Unhappy!!!!!!!!!

Review: I have been waiting 3 weeks for a new motor for my wheelchair, I have no way to get to Dr. appt. doctor apps, groceries, on the drug store for my medication I have diabetic high blood pressure a thyroid problem and a prostate problem, they give me excuses anytime I call them for three weeks were they told me they received my motor last Tuesday October 6, 2015 and still waiting to talk to the [redacted] who does the billing and pay to medicine and medical for approval for my motor.Desired Settlement: I would like this handled in a timely matter as I have no transportation to get up toin for anything and have no one to take me. I broke my arm on 2-6-15 and sprained my right leg and can hardly walk at all o. my phone [redacted]

I waited 39 Days for them to repair my wheelchair. They repaired it on 11-3-2015 gave me 2 new motors, 4 wheels joy stick and arm rest 2 new batteries. The person who was supposed to do the call for Medical + Medicare did it wrong supposedly on purpose I think and I had to wait two weeks longer because of his mistake.Sincerely [redacted]

I work for a lady as her caregiver and as such I have had numerous phone conversations with the staff in Redding.
They will not set an appointment with my client and they just show up unannounced. She purchased a power chair from them and it broke in less than a year.
She is now stuck with it and they just give her the runaround.
She needs help but there is none.
