I highly recommend you do not take your pet here, I will never take my dogs here againI have been going to Chiquita Animal Hospital for over yearsMy dog was having symptoms of a UTII called yesterday and was told that I could bring in a urine sample, would know the results in about minutes, and that if she tested positive that antibiotics would be prescribedThis was a great option because with my dog being 13, getting in and out of the car is hard on her jointsI took the urine sample today and dropped it off at 3:40, left, came back at 4:00, waited until 4:and was told that she tested positive for a UTI but the vet would not give antibiotics until a physical examination was doneUnbelievableMy dog was seen recently in December, I paid 400$ at that time Shes tested positive for a UTI today, but yet you wont prescribe medicine to treat her UTIIf a human has symptoms of a flu, they are given medicine to treat the fluIf the flu doesnt get better, then you go back to the doctorMy dog tested positive for a UTI/bladder infection, yet she is being refused medicine unless she is brought in and Iam charged an exam feeI had to pay the 40$ urine test fee of course, and swiftly asked for both of my dogs records that date back yearsDo not go hereTheir motto is quality care with compassionTonight my dog is suffering with a UTI because of their lack of care and compassion, and greed
