I do not agreeI specifically asked the salesperson if it would be a problem returning the puppy..we Both saw my two year old daughters nose begin to run on the day I was purchasing the puppy so I was concerned about an allergyI asked her about the paperwork I was signing and she assured me that I would not have an issue, she said that they needed the paperwork in case it all works out and I would not have to return to complete it, very misleading! I have a witness that was with me during this entire exchangeI was completely hesitant about signing and she spent a good amount of time convincing me that it was okay and how flexible they are as a companyI read the reviews after and it seems that this is the culture of the company poor customer service! Very dissatisfied and disappointed
