My experience with Everything plumbing began on October when I reported to [redacted] warranty that I had a slow drip in my shower and faucet in the master bathroom They arrived on October in a timely manner and the technician wrote up an invoice that stated that both shower and faucet needed a cartridgeHe was very informative and said that it could take a few days to find the part, since they are older so I paid my fee gladly and we had set up the next appointment for 10/between and 2pm Well, at 2:I called the number on the invoice and asked where the technician was and was informed that he was running late Okay, I waited and at 3:called them again to find out where the tech was and was asked if the tech had contacted meI would not be calling if he had and then they informed me that they still did not have the partSince my frustration was growing, (I am a single woman in the hospitality industry and don't have consistent days off nor short work days to set aside four hours) I again contacted the warranty company who then patched me through to the company to set up an appointment which I gladly did for the 23rd, between the hours of 8-11am The tech came as scheduled and then stated that he had to turn off the water Nightmare continues, where I live we have a central boiler system and the entire complex water has to be shut down, home owners notified etc Had to call the plumber that the management company uses to coordinate him with Everything plumbing tech The plumber for our property was not able to be onsite for approximately 30-minutes, due to drive time and the tech from Everything stated that he could not wait and left letting me know that he might be able to come back later Meanwhile, I no longer have a drip, the water was streaming out of the shower head and filled a household size bucket within minutes in fact the tech from Everything even stated "wow that water is really running"Received a call that he was unable to return and we would have to reschedule Finally was able to coordinate everyone's schedule and rescheduled with the tech for Friday, 10/between - 11amI received a text from the tech asking for the management's plumber number at 7:am so, I figured he would be showing up soonThe management plumber was on property so he did not have to inconvenience the tech, a friend waiting at my house (since I was unable to take the day off) and the tech did not show up I called [redacted] and asked them to assist me with what was going on and when they called the company I was informed that my scheduled time was -2pm No one could continue waiting for this person, so I had to leave work and come home so that I could be there for the needed repairsAnother call from Everything at 1:that the management plumber was unable to return to the property My frustrated response was because everyone was sitting here waiting for you from - He then stated that his tech had no right making the appointment so I responded then why didn't I receive different information He asked that I reschedule and I stated could we have a specific time not half the day and he then hung up on me Needless to say, on Friday 10/the management plumber offered to come back after his day and help me with my repair He was unable to locate the part on Friday, however he was able to cap off the shower within minutes to alleviate my main complaint of wasting waterIt is now Monday, 11/at 1:pm even after the plumber had to go and get another part my shower is repaired and not by Everything, they called me 11/at 8:am to reschedule the appointmentBy the way, my sink faucet was never mentioned nor is it repaired Please if your home warranty company offers to send this company stay away and refuse their service since the warranty company refuses to send anyone else once someone has started the workThey are unprofessional and do not put a priority on repairs, it appears to be the upfront fee that is paid that interests them

RE: Complaint # [redacted] , Cj M [redacted] ***To whom it may concern, Our company was dispatched to this property through First American home Warranty on 04/05/for a leaking water heaterUpon arrival our technician noticed a dial for the electrical timer box was already laying on top of the water heater, which is a clear indication that something was wrong with it before we serviced the homeHe set the dial aside so he could pull the water heater and loop the water linesAfter we installed the new water heater, Cj M [redacted] contacted our office and indicated the technician “took this dial and told her he would return it”We spoke with the technician and he indicated he didn’t know anything about this and he never took any dialCj M [redacted] then contacted First American and opened a recall with themThe technician explained to First American and to Cj M [redacted] , he never took the dial, and had no use for the dial as it was not associated with the water heater replacement We are not electrical contractors and cannot replace timer controls for appliancesRodney H [redacted] tried to reach out to Cj M [redacted] again on 05/02/to explain this but only got her voicemail, which he left a message with his direct number so they could discuss this furtherWe do everything by the book and have maintained our integrity since we opened this companyWe value our customers and their opinionsThis situation is no fault of ours; we did what we were contracted to do, which was replacing a water heaterBecause we had to remove the dial from atop of the water heater to do our job, does not mean we are responsible to replace an obviously, already broken electrical timer boxSincerely,Christine h [redacted]

My family just moved into a house where we knew a lot of construction had been done Our master bath shower drain was clogged and Everything Plumbing was assigned through our [redacted] warranty I mentioned the construction and that the drain probably was not covered during construction and needed to be snaked The two men that came (one was Rodney) came an hour before the hour window I was scheduled for and unfortunately I had to be on a call at that time, so I couldn't remain with them in the bathroom After less than mins, they emerged to tell me that the drain must have been moved feet during construction and was not properly done - snaking would not help and the only remedy would be to jackhammer the floor and reinstall the pipes properly I found out later that they never even opened the drain (paint was still on the screws) and confirmed that the drain HAD NOT BEEN MOVED I reached out to another plumber for a second opinion and was told the drain needed to be snaked, and we have had no additional problems since thenThese two plumbers were unethical and unprofessional

I called [redacted] company to send us a plumber to repair a broken handle in the master bathroom. They sent us an individual from Everything Plumbing in [redacted] who inspected the issues with the shower, documented the work that needed to be done and then explained he didn't have the appropriate material to do the work that day. We arranged that they would come back next week and do the work but on the morning they were to return we had not heard from Everything Plumbing about scheduling or confirming a time. My wife and I decided to call the home warranty company and request a new vendor be sent to do the work. My wife then received a call on her phone from [redacted] - the owner of Everything Plumbing - which was VERY AGGRESSIVE and he's telling my wife she couldn't schedule a new vendor and it was confirmed his company would be arriving to do the work today. [redacted] stated that my wife must be mistaken because obviously someone at our home had been contacted and confirmed the appointment - which was LIE #1 from [redacted]...
So [redacted] shows up and proceeds to ask questions about the shower and if we have modified it in any way since it was built 14 years ago. I explained I hired a licensed plumber to move the shower head up 18" as well as replace the ONE TILE which had a hole for the old shower head location. He said he the home warranty company wouldn't cover the shower and reported to the home warranty company that "the home owner modified the original construction when by re-tiling the entire shower incorrectly". [redacted] then proceeded to leave without doing any of the work which his own employee said would be covered the week before. So after numerous phone calls to the home warranty company and trying to get [redacted] on the phone because he was avoiding me I was finally able to get [redacted] to call me back and explain his findings. He explained that he misunderstood the re-tiling of the shower and would call the warranty company and correct his statement. He later sent me a message explaining he had corrected the statement to the home warranty company and they would be contacting us to find a solution. The next morning we called the home warranty company and they said [redacted] called them and explained how we were trying to get him to LIE and falsify his report of our master bathroom. So, needless to say, I have some issues with [redacted] and he explained to me that he has "integrity"... I question that and before you get the same experience we received I suggest you cancel any and all business with [redacted].
Needless to say we will not be renewing our Old Republic home warranty service for our primary and rental property because this is the level of contractors they utilize. Miserable experience and lack of integrity isn't the only problem with Everything Plumbing.
Oh and [redacted] tried to use the excuse that he was "in a movie theater" at 3 pm on a Wednesday afternoon as the reason he wouldn't answer my calls after his inaccurate reporting of our shower handle issues.

RE: Complaint #[redacted], Cj M[redacted]To whom it may concern, Our company was dispatched to this property through First American home Warranty on 04/05/2016 for a leaking water heater. Upon arrival our technician noticed a dial for the electrical...

timer box was already laying on top of the water heater, which is a clear indication that something was wrong with it before we serviced the home. He set the dial aside so he could pull the water heater and loop the water lines. After we installed the new water heater, Cj M[redacted] contacted our office and indicated the technician “took this dial and told her he would return it”. We spoke with the technician and he indicated he didn’t know anything about this and he never took any dial. Cj M[redacted] then contacted First American and opened a recall with them. The technician explained to First American and to Cj M[redacted], he never took the dial, and had no use for the dial as it was not associated with the water heater replacement.  We are not electrical contractors and cannot replace timer controls for appliances. Rodney H[redacted] tried to reach out to Cj M[redacted] again on 05/02/2016 to explain this but only got her voicemail, which he left a message with his direct number so they could discuss this further. We do everything by the book and have maintained our integrity since we opened this company. We value our customers and their opinions. This situation is no fault of ours; we did what we were contracted to do, which was replacing a water heater. Because we had to remove the dial from atop of the water heater to do our job, does not mean we are responsible to replace an obviously, already broken electrical timer box. Sincerely,Christine h[redacted]

My experience with Everything plumbing began on October 6 when I reported to [redacted] warranty that I had a slow drip in my shower and faucet in the master bathroom. They arrived on October 9 in a timely manner and the technician wrote up an invoice that stated that both shower and faucet needed a cartridge. He was very informative and said that it could take a few days to find the part, since they are older so I paid my fee gladly and we had set up the next appointment for 10/19 between 10 and 2pm. Well, at 2:15 I called the number on the invoice and asked where the technician was and was informed that he was running late. Okay, I waited and at 3:15 called them again to find out where the tech was and was asked if the tech had contacted me. I would not be calling if he had and then they informed me that they still did not have the part. Since my frustration was growing, (I am a single woman in the hospitality industry and don't have consistent days off nor short work days to set aside four hours) I again contacted the warranty company who then patched me through to the company to set up an appointment which I gladly did for the 23rd, between the hours of 8-11am. The tech came as scheduled and then stated that he had to turn off the water. Nightmare continues, where I live we have a central boiler system and the entire complex water has to be shut down, home owners notified etc. Had to call the plumber that the management company uses to coordinate him with Everything plumbing tech. The plumber for our property was not able to be onsite for approximately 30-45 minutes, due to drive time and the tech from Everything stated that he could not wait and left letting me know that he might be able to come back later. Meanwhile, I no longer have a drip, the water was streaming out of the shower head and filled a household size bucket within 20 minutes in fact the tech from Everything even stated "wow that water is really running". Received a call that he was unable to return and we would have to reschedule. Finally was able to coordinate everyone's schedule and rescheduled with the tech for Friday, 10/30 between 8 - 11am. I received a text from the tech asking for the management's plumber number at 7:27 am so, I figured he would be showing up soon. The management plumber was on property so he did not have to inconvenience the tech, a friend waiting at my house (since I was unable to take the day off) and the tech did not show up. I called [redacted] and asked them to assist me with what was going on and when they called the company I was informed that my scheduled time was 10 -2pm. No one could continue waiting for this person, so I had to leave work and come home so that I could be there for the needed repairs. Another call from Everything at 1:45 that the management plumber was unable to return to the property. My frustrated response was because everyone was sitting here waiting for you from 8 - 11. He then stated that his tech had no right making the appointment so I responded then why didn't I receive different information. He asked that I reschedule and I stated could we have a specific time not half the day and he then hung up on me. Needless to say, on Friday 10/30 the management plumber offered to come back after his day and help me with my repair. He was unable to locate the part on Friday, however he was able to cap off the shower within 25 minutes to alleviate my main complaint of wasting water. It is now Monday, 11/2 at 1:00 pm even after the plumber had to go and get another part my shower is repaired and not by Everything, they called me 11/2 at 8:00 am to reschedule the appointment. By the way, my sink faucet was never mentioned nor is it repaired. Please if your home warranty company offers to send this company stay away and refuse their service since the warranty company refuses to send anyone else once someone has started the work. I mentioned the construction and that the drain probably was not covered during construction and needed to be snaked. The two men that came (one was Rodney) came an hour before the 4 hour window I was scheduled for and unfortunately I had to be on a call at that time, so I couldn't remain with them in the bathroom. I found out later that they never even opened the drain (paint was still on the screws) and confirmed that the drain HAD NOT BEEN MOVED. I reached out to another plumber for a second opinion and was told the drain needed to be snaked, and we have had no additional problems since then.
These two plumbers were unethical and unprofessional.

Contractor was selected by my home warranty company-I read the reviews and registrar of contractor reports and knew that I'd have problems, but had no choice in selection. No showed on an appointment(no call) left repeated messages-finally a call back. On first appointment he confirmed that $60 was all I owed and there would be no additional cost to me & so I paid him. When he finally showed up (to install hot water heater) he tried to extort another $190-do not use under any circumstances!!!

Had these guys come to my place through my home warranty company. Had a bad water heater that needed replacing. These guys said it would cost an extra $300 for "additional pipework." Total ripoff. Home warranty should have covered the install but these guys wanted more. After I told them I didn't want to do it, they shut off my water as they were leaving. I kid you not. I go into my house after I close the garage door and 5min later, I have no water. The valve was shut off. They did no work that day and the water was working right before they got there as I was making dinner. Avoid like the plague.
